What this video and the manual does not tell you is how to load A3 paper! An incredible omission. However, another video on RUclips gives away the secret. Inside the front of the paper tray is another blue button which allows the tray to be extended for A3. Epson, why isn't this information in the manual?

The problem I am having is setting my printer to print 11x17 paper. I set it on the computer also on the printer. still printing 8x11. how do I correct that? Yes I download the software for the printer to my computer as well.
Why someone is not making a video loading trays with A3 paper, it gets folded when you push in the tray.
Good morning I have the wf7840 and this is my second time changing the chips. Now the printer isn't recognizing the cartridge do anyone know how to fix this?
Can you connect this up wired directly to a WPS (Xfinity) router via CAT6, not to the computer?
WF-7840 bought it a little bit over a year, do not use it much but lately when i do want to use it, have to uninstall and reinstall driver everytime. Extremely upsetting as even that is taking me forever. Any advice? or should I just throw it away? Thanxs.
My wf 7840 is now stuck on the loading screen with the power button flashing, not allowing me to check settings. I have turned it off and on like it says. It will sometimes pop-up with the error code 000044 and 000041. help I've checked the cartridges, and paper jams, nothing seems wrong. Help please
When I go through this setup. My printer goes to “paper jam. Check Hot To…. To remove paper and touch OK. “ before I can even finish the set up. Please help??
