Greetings, how are you, I want to buy a system for WF 7820 that uses 812-812XL cartridges, which according to work with the Epson WF-7840, my question is the following: is this system that you show in the video compatible with these 812 cartridges? Can they be used for the WF7820??? Another question: are the chips for single use or for countless uses?
Hey I have followed the vidoe but the printer is not reading the cartidgress. Is this a firmware issue and if so do you know how to downgrade. This is the same model but running todays firmware
Does Epson not block 3rd party cartridges in the UK? Have you installed some type of chip blocking/masking firmware on this printer or is it not necessary for Epson printers sold in the UK?
Decent design with what you got working with but I would do a little differently where I wouldn't have all that other stuff attached and rigged on the side of it when I got done with it you wouldn't know the thing was there
you can't use a CISS with a wf-78xx series printer. you will have to replace the chips when the meter runs low. this will require you to remove the ciss ink carts, replace the chips, put the carts back in... and introduces air in the CISS, further requiring a head cleaning and thus, wastes ink and also ink usage of the new chips.
If I buy a European printer, will it work natively in American sockets? Or will I need a power converter? Also will this printer take pigment ink like Epson's 542 ink?
@@Smokin300 can you please tell me about a chip resetter for wf 7820. I ordered ciss system but I'll still be buying new chips? I'm so frustrated and disappointed

IN Europe we have auto reset combo chips - so none of your comment is applicable , it does not require any of that
Do you unplug both air plugs on cartridges and ciss tank?

yes you can do this , no power converter but would need a travel plug, and yes can take 542 pigments

How do you bypass the chip issue, of a limited number of prints on one-time use chips?
That’s what I’m saying
Chip resetter
@@Smokin300 they make a chip resetting tool for this? I thought these cartridges chips don’t work with resetters ?

@@cityinkexpress-online is that in UK as well?
there is a firmware dump that is available, it's expensive ($350) and requires you to solder/reprogram the firmware chips.
