    I cannot believe this video did not get at least a million views. I am a beginner and I've learned alot from you. Also your projects are extremely cute and you make it easy to follow. Can you make giraffes? And clothes for the sheep 🐑

    I was doing great. But I didn't like how I could see the gray yarn through the white where I carried it. I'm going to frog it back and just cut the yarn after each color change and deal with the ends. More work but totally worth it to me! It looks so cute already!!

    This is a really cute sheep! The yarn is beautiful, too. I haven't tried this yet, but I can tell I will have trouble seeing because your view is far away. It's really hard to get white yarn to show up on camera, so you really need a very close view. At the end of each row, it helps to pull the view far away so we can see the finished project. I know, it a lot of work, but it's worth it so we can follow along. Your instruction is fantastic. Going to try this when I am done with my current project. Thank you for this tutorial. Really cute.

    I was lost after the magic ring. I can’t tell where your increasing at. Is it 2 increases in the same stitch? And then bobble stitch in the 2nd increase?

    • @oldsoulcrochetco.7887
      @oldsoulcrochetco.7887  10 месяцев назад

      After you do the magic ring with the 6 stitches in it you will start on the second row. One the second row you do the bobble stitch into the first stitch and then the increase in the next stitch. That is repeated 3 times.

      Old Soul Crochet Co. I can hardly wait! The pattern went well only one thing I didn’t like about the way mine looked. Where I crocheted over the top of the grey for a few stitches, the grey was visible. I remedied this by cutting a long strand of the white and threaded my tapestry needle Then I pulled the yarn under all the affected stitches and back again. The process covered the grey without affecting the overall look in any negative way.

    • @oldsoulcrochetco.7887
      @oldsoulcrochetco.7887  5 лет назад

      @@RameyRocks I've had that happen before, I've remedied it by holding the yarn I'm crocheting over as far behind the single crochets as I can so it's hidden but secure. It's not infallible, but it mostly works. I'm glad you were able to figure out a way that made you happy with the result!

    • @oldsoulcrochetco.7887

      @@oldsoulcrochetco.7887 Thank you for replying 😃. This was my first amigurumi and it turned out so cute 🥰 my 1.5 yr old daughter absolutely loves it and so do I 😉 She carries the baby sheep around the house and lays it next to her pillow when she goes to bed. "Where's my theep?" she'll ask, if we move it from there 😅 You're a fabulous teacher and all your amigurumis are very cute. Now I feel motivated to try your other amigurumis too. And I'm confident coz I know I can blindly follow your instructions and it'd turn out perfect 😌 I'm hoping you'd do more crochet-alongs. Until then I'm jumping over to your cute bunny 🐇 Lots of love from India 😘

    In row 8 you worked a bubble stich follow by 2 single stich did you make the 2ss in the same chain or one as per chain. It looks like the first but just want to make sure. Thanks!

      Hi! My first thought is that you might need to go down a hook size or two. I use an 8mm hook for the way I crochet, and my tension. There are others who use a 7mm or a 6.5mm to reach gauge because they naturally crochet looser. The gaps are a good indication that a hook size change is a good idea! I'd try 7mm and see what you think, then adjust from there!
