I don’t have a glowforge I guess I’m just trying to see if it’s even worth it or to put my heart in this project if it’s not gonna work with the cricket maker
Hey! Welcome and thanks for being here. It takes about an hour for my machine to cut a basic puzzle. I usually only make these as gifts. They are beautiful and when you uses] multiple pieces of wood, they are very sturdy. It does take a lot of time cutting the wood. The end result makes it worth it. Try one out.

Thank you! Sometimes, I’ll seal projects like these with Polycrylic when pushing vinyl. When I’m doing puzzles for kids, I don’t use it.

What kind of basswood do you use? The only one I’ve ever used was Cricut brand but the wood you’re using looks bigger than the Cricut wood

I think that might work. I know the Explore Air 2 can cut with the deep point blade.
I’ve seen several videos where people cut lighter weight items and as you suggest glue them together

I purchased the wood on the link you provided my cricut maker did not cut all the watt through😥
How many passes did it do? In this video I went maybe about 4 extra passes and still had to cut the back with my exacto knife.

Can you make it with the sillouet cameo 4?
I don't gave Cameo. However, I've heard that the 4 can cut wood. You just need the correct blade and wood thickness.
