Cowboy Pasta Salad
If you're looking for a great summer salad that's easy to make and perfect for a picnic, then you need to try Cowboy Pasta Salad! This salad is delicious and refreshing, and it will be a hit at your next party!

Ingredients:
1 pound of mini farfalle cooked and cooled (or macaroni noodles)
1 pound lean ground beef fried, drained and cooled
1 4 ounce can green chilis
1 teaspoon each of Chili powder, salt and onion powder
1/2 diced purple onion
1 diced green pepper
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cilantro (optional)
1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
Dressing
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
In a large bowl mix the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Pour over the dressing and mix well.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving

Hey y'all. I apologize for such a long period between videos. I am not in Tennessee and we were without internet. I am working hard on the new land to build our cabin. I have a few videos I did in Florida to post and moms videos, then we'll be doing them in the camper/RV. That should be fun...it's so small...LOL. I love you all and thank you so much for sticking with me during this transition. I am so happy to be in Tennessee. It is so beautiful and I feel I've come home. Wow, my sweet Daddy was from Pineville, Ky. Lived right on the Main street going through town (Tennessee Ave I believe). Love Pine Mountain State Park and Lodge near there. My Daddy's Family in Pineville were the Bowmans.

That looks pretty good, and boy-oh-boy that is huge. I'm not sure about a pasta salad with cold ground beef or any salad really, but hey, maybe I'll live on the edge. I think it's neat that you're living out a dream and moved. It's a year later since you posted this, I hope all is well!

I’m wondering why they call this cowboy pasta ? I’m happy for you that ur happy about moving are u doing all the building of the cabin yourself or hiring a contractor yeah that’s a small camper I would feel cramped having to live it in something so small cause as u will finds out building a cabin will take awhile before it’s built u really didn’t say how big it’s going to be
