This miracle morning yoga practice is the perfect way to release any tension in your back and neck and it will help you mobilize your legs and hips. Through a mindful series of yoga asanas we are connecting to our breath, let go of any worries and prepare ourselves for a good day ahead. You can do this total body morning yoga routine anywhere you want, as you only need yourself and a mat!
