What's your favourite place in Thailand? 👇This channel is going to give Phuket a quick visit! Any suggestions or things you'd like us to show? 👇 Cheers!
Some IDEAS Champ - Go to and maybe do some interviews about why tourists like to visit Old Phuket Town, what they look for to see there and a bit about the history. While there in Phuket maybe pop in to Maybelles Coffee Garden if in the area of Karon (not necessarily to document but to visit old friends) with option for interviews too . Could Interview tourists around Patong Beach area.
Visit the sunday street night market in old town and enjoy all the people that are performing there plus the great foodstands. And eat cake at five loaves
My fav places: 1) Mae Hong Son / Chiang Mai / Chiang Rai Provinces. The mountains, subcultures, food and pace of life is on another level really. 2) Nan / Phayao Provinces. For touring on big bikes. Much new very flat asphalt through the mountains. Awesome for trips, the flow of the roads is second to none. 3) Rayong Province / Koh Chang. For sea and beach without too many tourists. Lot of locals go there and it feels more Thai than a lot of the more popular places for foreigners. Just 3 more weeks before we fly in again. Can not wait ! 😊
Hi Para 🤩 nice top 3b I totally see what you like about them places! I feel fortunate I’ve been to them as well 😊 woohooo! 3weeks! I’m counting down with you ❤️🕺 cheers Para 🏆
Great bunch of interviews Champ. They all like Chiang Mai so excellent promotion for the city on your channel. Recommending the American dude go to Pai was exactly what I was thinking Chai. He'd love it there for sure. Speaking of which you and Wayne on tour there one day would be a classic. He's keen!! I reminded him of that one the other day 🤩
Thanks for this video. I live in Nimman now ex-Sydney (Manly Beach). I loved Manly but Nimman is even better despite no beach. Food, nightlife, convenience, prices, the overall feel of the place is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. Chiang Mai is awesome and my favourite place in Thailand 👍
Ey mate! Sorry for my late reply and thanks for your message 😊🙏🏼 I’ve been briefly in Manly about 12 years ago and I really like the vibes there too :) It’s just hard to beat Chiang Mai 😁 thanks again. Have a good one and who knows see you around Chiang Mai 🙏🏼
Another great episode Chai. I have just been in the Chiang Mai Province traveling around on motorbike. The North of Thailand is definitely a special place to visit.
I was born and living here, The best explanation of Chiang Mai is at 11:40. This city offers abit of everything like Bangkok but with a calmer vibe, nature and Lanna culture.
🤗 I'm Thai from Korat. I love Chiangmai the most. You are right that u r in friendly and rich traditional cultures city. My message to the world is ..." Come to Chiangmai " 💛👏👍
Hoping to retire there some day. I've only made it to Bangkok and Pattaya. I was supposed to visit Hua Hin and Chiang Mai, but had to leave early. We live in the Clearwater, Florida area, which is beautiful. But we are being priced out of the area. My wife is originally from the Philippines. She liked Bangkok. But, we both agreed it's too hectic of a place to live. We have been discussing Chiang Mai at a target.
Ey Mike 😁 Pattaya and Bangkok are just so different compared to the rest of Thailand. Especially the north is so good. Unfortunately no beaches though and there is a burning season you have to be aware of. But other than that it’s heaven on earth 😍 thanks for watching
Hi Chai, Thanks for making me Champ of the Day! 😃🤗 Great interviews once again. I'm sad I won't be able to make it back to Chiang Mai in December but hopefully I will in 2023. By the way I loved the episode you did on the tree house with Ilona, such a beautiful spot. 🥰🙏
Hi Connie 🏆 Yes you are! 😃 thanks again! Aw Chiang Mai will still be there on the visit after. We’ve just landed in Phuket just for a quick visit (it’s raining now and the time we’re here, the forecast is saying it will be raining 😅) we better make the most of it 😊 cheers!
@@Chai_Travel yep, New Year's in Chiangmai again finally! You make my day with these interviews Chai and you've certainly developed a knack for finding tourists prepared to comment 😀
well i bought an extra ticket , so i will be in chiang mai after a few days of bangkok , havent bought the return ticket yet as i want to be able to change the return date or chance to another place depending on how i like it there
We have a saying in my home country which loosely translates to: "There is some truth to every joke". That Pattaya joke from David does actually have a truth to it. I think unless you are a party animal, you should avoid Pattaya and Phuket. Yes, they also provide many good things and beautiful sites but you can find them elsewhere where you don't have to cope with the extreme bustle, pollution and rumble.
Haha yes that’s about right! If you don’t like the busy touristic places you probably like to visit other places :) have a great Sunday Göker! Thanks for watching again ☺️
I think chiang rai is ok place not so big, but also not so many tourist which i think is very nice. About phuket well i was on kata beach and i not feel or see that there was many things going on such as party, ok there wasn't so many tourist Maybe thats the reason. Stay safe out there Rak Thais RAk Thailand samer
I'm pissed that I missed you in Chiang Mai champ. Every time I sat at Maccas just there across from the Gate, I kept an eye out so I could come say g'day. You held out on me bruvva.
@@Chai_Travel bet your ass champ, and hopefully every year after that. Eventually,.I'm gonna take over your channel when you get carried off into the jungle by a pissed off angry elephant and never heard from again like Jim Thompson. 😁

The Thai guy was a really nice man. As far as where to go depends on what you want. I think nowhere to avoid just always practice good safety measures same as your own country.
