    Have herniated lumbar discs for a very long time and some years ago had surgery for 3 coflex implants. Last few years started having femoral nerve pain and had to wait for the excruciating severe pain to go down. Then I saw your video and last night started to get my femoral nerve pinch so I laid on my stomach and lifted my affected foot along with head movement and the pain went away immediately to my surprise. Thanks for advice Dr. Jon!!

    Thank you so much 🙌 I've been dealing with a numb thigh for I don't know how long, and the stretches felt good. Definitely gonna have to practice more and more since I'm out of shape, but I'm very grateful for the video. You look like you put a lot of effort in these!

    Dear doc, I had a small compression fracture on my L1 10 years ago.I'm fit but working too much in last years sitting most of the day. Do you think this could it be related with my earlier injury or due to sitting too much? Thanks.

    Is there anything i could do if on the 3rd stretch the effected leg is really too tight to pull up like that? I can barely get my leg up high enough to grab with my hand. The quad area just is really tight when i try to do that.

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  26 дней назад

      Start with first 2 only. Then move on to 3rd when you are able.

    • @sondravenus7766

      I modified it by laying down.

    Dr. My dad is 81 years old
    He is having a left leg pain since seven months.
    EMG and Ncv test shows
    ,* Axonal type of subacute severe left femoral motor neuropathy.
    * Axnol type of symmetric sensori motor pheripheral neuropathy in both lower limbs.
    It is curable or not .

    Does the nerve cause knee pain

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  Год назад

      It certainly can, but so can the sacroiliac (SI) joint, the lumbar spine, and an issue with the knee itself amongst other things. Best wishes.
