Been trying for almost a week to eliminate the burning thigh pain. Tried many stretches, meds, etc. Prone #1 ABSOLUTELY eliminated this agony. THANK YOU.
Have herniated lumbar discs for a very long time and some years ago had surgery for 3 coflex implants. Last few years started having femoral nerve pain and had to wait for the excruciating severe pain to go down. Then I saw your video and last night started to get my femoral nerve pinch so I laid on my stomach and lifted my affected foot along with head movement and the pain went away immediately to my surprise. Thanks for advice Dr. Jon!!
Thank you so much 🙌 I've been dealing with a numb thigh for I don't know how long, and the stretches felt good. Definitely gonna have to practice more and more since I'm out of shape, but I'm very grateful for the video. You look like you put a lot of effort in these!
I have been living with this pain in my left leg for a month now and all my doctors do is increase my pain meds and muscle relaxers. I don’t want to live like that
Hi doc. Thanks for the video. I have pain on my lower back, front and back of my leg and burning in my anterior ankle when laying down in bed. Olease help. What could it be? Also the pain normally starts when i do weight lifting exercises. Thanks
Dear doc, I had a small compression fracture on my L1 10 years ago.I'm fit but working too much in last years sitting most of the day. Do you think this could it be related with my earlier injury or due to sitting too much? Thanks.
This exercise work 100 exercises number 2 even make my knee pop on the outer side of the knee. I have 2 knee surgery’s I guess that exercises is helping removing my adhesion from prior surgerys
Sir If after doing eplay, vertigo has gone, but still a unsteady feeling, can I return to normal routine like doing daily basic yoga aur light workout??
I have outer knee pain right along with upper thigh pain and it starts from my butt and comes in my groin to my upper thigh and outer knee pain. Any suggestions?
Is there anything i could do if on the 3rd stretch the effected leg is really too tight to pull up like that? I can barely get my leg up high enough to grab with my hand. The quad area just is really tight when i try to do that.
Dr. My dad is 81 years old He is having a left leg pain since seven months. EMG and Ncv test shows ,* Axonal type of subacute severe left femoral motor neuropathy. * Axnol type of symmetric sensori motor pheripheral neuropathy in both lower limbs. It is curable or not .
I recently started being woken up with my outer and inner thigh being completely numb. Now the numbness is gone, but I'm having BURNING pain, like neuropathy. I'm thinking this is what's going on.
Please someone help? I had anterior hip replacement 3 days ago and my hip feels fine and incision feels fine . My thigh is burning / stinging / strapping with every tiny step I take. Excruciating pain.
Ill give anything a go right now! This pain is affecting my daily life🙏
I hope you find my video and channel helpful. :)

Yes, depends on severity mostly. Best wishes.

Thank you Dr for this awesome info!! Would this be similar to restless leg syndrome?
Different, but won't hurt to try for that as well.
Thank you for the video
Thanks for watching!

Sometimes you will have residual dizziness for a while, so slowly introduce your activities.
I have it and it’s so painful. I wonder if I need a new mattress
It may help if your mattress is old. Best wishes.
I have outer knee pain right along with upper thigh pain and it starts from my butt and comes in my groin to my upper thigh and outer knee pain. Any suggestions?
It's possible it may be your hip or SI joint, both of which I have a video for on my channel...check them out. Best wishes.

Start with first 2 only. Then move on to 3rd when you are able.
I couldn’t do the 3rd one either.
I modified it by laying down.
Thank you for posting Doc!

I'm sorry to hear, it depends on the cause unfortunately. Please speak to his doctor.
How important is it to stretch the side that does not give pain and discomfort?
Not as important as doing it on the affected side - best wishes.

Please see your doctor for an appropriate diagnosis.
Does the nerve cause knee pain
It certainly can, but so can the sacroiliac (SI) joint, the lumbar spine, and an issue with the knee itself amongst other things. Best wishes.
