I have faced the same problem. I have long pressed the key nearly 30s. It showed O% .As soon as the screen disappears I have put it in charge without disturbing. Now it's working 😀😀

Is your watch facing any syncing and disconnection problem? I bought it but my watch keeps getting disconnected even after allowing all the permission literally all and my workouts are not syncing even when done manually. Is there a problem with my unit or its common and can be fixed with update?

Mine is syncing properly. Don't know why your's not working.😕
The UI and connectivity sucks and there is no solution to this problem

Update: For the watch to sync again i had to restart my phone and then sync works, and i had to repeat it daily... it is such a pain
@@sarthakk_kk yeah connectivity is hell .... do you have the same problem I commented many youtubers, and even they also sometimes face the same problem.... of connectivity and syncing issues

Do not let the battery to go below 10% ...it has aeast 5 days battery life...use it how we use smart phones ...majority of us try not to let our phone battery go below 15% ...do that to your smart watch and all good

@@TheInventar just leave it on charging for a longer time, used to happen to my mi phone when I left it off for a week or so, it took 10 mins of charging before it actually turned on and started charging.
Its not a glitch/problem that needs to be fixed, it's just natural and will happen.
