    भाई सुशील कुमार भारत के एक मात्र ऐसे पहलवान है जिन्होंने कई बार विदेशो मे जाकर भी विदेशीयो को हमारे राष्ट्रगान पर पूरे सम्मान के साथ खड़ा होने पर मजबूर किया है और ओलंपिक में 2 पदक हासिल कर देश का मान बढ़ाया है इसलिए ज्यादा भाषण देने की जरूरत नहीं है जो फैसला कोर्ट देगा उसका इंतजार करो

    Sushil jab aap jail se bahar aao, tab bhi logo ko u hi motivate karte rahna. Mujhe nhi pta ki aapne shi kiya ya galat , but aap health k bare me jo videos bnaye ho, unko dekhkar health ko achchhi rakhne ki bahut jaankari milti h , aur inspiration bhi milti h achchha shareer bnane ki. Jo log gim nhi ja sakte unke liye to ye videos bahut faydemand h.

      Try to reduce the angle between arms and your torso , shoulder pain only happens when you are doing any type of pushup with straight arms sideways

    Indian Govt must learn from the example of US & Russia to provide "Wrestling" as a Sports in Govt Schools in coordination with State Govts.
    This will allow creation of a bigger Talent pool for Wrestlers in the future as well as develop a Martial tradition in the Indian Society.
    This will allow insure that many "State & National" level Wrestlers are able to join these Govt Schools as Sports-Teachers & Instructors.
    As India gets developed it will get more Urbanized & thus will need a method to create more physically robust Teenagers that can also act as a Talent pool for Soldiers in Military & Police Forces.
    At present Sports person are made Clerks or even IPS which hardly utilizes their Talent.
    Rather than that its better to make Athletes who have participated or won at National level to become "PGTs or Professors" in Govt Schools & Universities.
