Mam,mere steroids chale the just Karan mere face ND neck bulky ho Gaye Hain...mujhe ab steroids band ho Gaye Hain..main apke yoga's 2 month se KR rahi hun.but apke jitni flexibility abhi Tak nahi AA payi.or mere face ND neck ka bulkyness bhi km nahi hua...plz face ND neck ko slim krne ke liye bhi kuch bataiye.
