She is a credit to where she works, everything is clean, nothing is too much trouble plus a smile for every customer. Not like a lot of places in the West where the waiters/waitresses couldn't care whether or how they serve you. Or the cooks either - luke warm food cooked in kitchens that if you saw them you wouldn't eat their again.

I know China is a bit behind compares to Taiwan, but they just recently exposed to the outside world, just like Taiwan 40 years ago. It's going to take some time to progress just like what Taiwan had been. It's has always been nice to be able to speak to someone who can speak your language don't you think?
