I think it’s more to do with the ingredients they use…yes what we see is fried, but not all their meals are fried, and most are actually very healthy when compared to say what we eat in the West.

Yet the manager seems to handle it with grace and precision!! I love the way he prepares the meals his cooking skills are Amazing🔥!!
