Dude built a restaurant, cooked all day, and then packed restaurant away for the next day. Crazy respect!

Amen to that my brother 👍👍🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nothing special about it. Every Yatai owner does this every day.
japanese work ethic
The owner is one of the most hardworking and multitasking man I’ve seen. His food looks absolutely amazing and I hope his stall will keep lasting generation after generation!
So much respect...The amount of time it takes to set up a sidewalk restaurant, the prep for everything before and the breakdown after... I am amazed!
he probably have a very loving family to go home to
@@stellviahohenheim What an odd thing to say. Most of the stall video I have seen usually live alone or they are camera shy.
@@frankenstein3163 He says in the video that he has a wife and family and all
@@Anton.... ahh my I missed that.
I was really hoping to see the breakdown.
Haha. Same but I'm drinking beer and eating instant ramen watching these. Because I always get hungry for noodles during these videos. 😂
The Japanese aren’t so different from us. A great culture

I have the utmost respect for the Japanese culture when I see videos like this. The man has an incredible work ethic. And I fondly remember these little stalls on the roadside when I was a ryugakusei back in the early 2000s. Some of the best food I had when I was overseas was from these little stalls.
almost 80% sure most of them would still be there...stalls like that stay around for 50-60 years on average id say @@warrenb8228
This is not just Japanese culture setting up a stall every day, maybe the Ramen yes but..
Big deal

I love this whole atmosphere! So friendly and approachable! This hits different! I wanna be there with those friendly people!
I literally just said this❤ they are so appreciative of your business👏👏
Same here. Even the little things like the hangers for people to hang their coats.
Can you speak their language and tolerate their racism towards non-Japanese?
Japan is for the Japanese
May be Japan is good only cause it is Japanese.

the ordinary ppl can afford. Govern must protect this culture. not like HK only protect the property tycoon.

SO GOOD TO PROTECT THEM, YES YES YES! GOOD CITY! GOOD CITY PEOPLE! ARIGATO GOZI MASU!
Being from America this is so cool to see. Everyone seems so friendly and the owner seems like a very hard working gentlemen!
Best part is when his son said dad is funny at home but cool when he works. ❤

You would have to scrape me off of the ground just after the setup. And then he cooked all night and then broke everything down for the next day? This man is a machine. Much respect.
I have so much respect for them, from the time they set up to to making the food all to just make a living. I wish some day I’m able to experience the wonderful joy of eating their food. In America at local places the food is also good. So much respect for y’all ❤❤❤❤❤
Amazing they leave everything in the park without anything being lost. I love Japan they really respect each other.
Japanese culture has it's own respect in my heart the way Japanese people have preserved their culture is unbelievable. Chef is such a nice person ❤.

He and his family seem so nice. It was sweet that his son thinks his dad is funny and cool. If I’m ever in Hiroshima, I wanna eat here!
I love the father and daughter eating together and enjoying the food! They are making memories that will last forever! I wish every family will have such relationship!
It's the owner's SON, actually. He happened to have long hair.

These videos are so relaxing. Amazing craftsmanship from the owner. So hard working but grateful for each customer. I dont know if it was mistranslated but saying for 10 years he had no idea what he was doing but his customers supported him shows how much their culture respects expertise in all kinds.
Dude the amount of prep work every single day and having to clean everything back up... Mad respect.
Hard working man
It always amazes me how clean, compact, and efficient Japanese food preparation spaces (yatai and little restaurants or stands) are arranged and work is done. I know Japanese sanitation rules are very strict as well as general cultural standards. And for yatai, everything has to be set up, broken down every day, in addition to cleaning and preparing for the next day! I use to go with colleagues & friends to eat ramen or oden after our weekly night of drinking and eating (and sometimes Mr. Donuts & coffee) in Tokyo before everyone took a taxi home. I miss the yatai. These setups with gas, electricity & water in Hiroshima & Fukuoka are special and I hope the yatai can be saved.

He's doing all that by himself. So much dedication to work. Absolutely love it.
Such a Hard Working Man, I was half expecting a second staff member to come help him. Respect
He's so hardworking, did it all by himself. Also his food looks delicious

Wow. I did not expect that stall he brought over to expand into a whole restaurant like that!!!! It's cool that they have the power and water hook up for these stalls in the sidewalk like that. Just fascinating. I hope one day to visit and be able to experience some of these vendors!
🇦🇺 wow .one man alone sets up a food store ,that looks like a mini restaurant .
This is a brilliant example of dedication and skill to market his food ,and also cook it all him self .
His detailed everything .
Preparation is key his a talent i wish him well he deserves good things to come his way .

Definitely very admirable! It's amazing to see the hardwork and long hours with very little help and all along giving all his best with friendly service. He is one of many special men in his life of work 💓
Japanese manners are of a whole new level man they ask every individual person if they want to appear in the video if no then they will blur it or just cut out the whole part of it.Meanwhile in India ajao

This is something you can only get in Asia. No fancy decoration, no tipping bs, doesn't matter if you go alone, it's just a small stall with a television/radio with the owner serving good and affordable food. All welcoming and a place to forget the bad day. I wish the west could have something like this.
Tottaly amazing all the prep work this man must accomplish in short order to be ready for his Customers!!! Precision by the numbers. No messing around!!!
Best ramen ive ever had in my life was a street stall in Japan. Love these places. The atmosphere of these small street shops just does it for me. Love it
Much respect and appreciation. I love the way the owner flips the noodles.. ❤

This guy looks so sweet and he puts in a lot of dedication and time and work for his restaurant, I only wish the best for him and his work😄
Setting up, preparing for service, preparing for next day and closing up looks exhausting as hell. Mad respect to this man and others in the same stall business.

Kudos to this gentleman for working hard at his food stall! 👏🙌 Hope some day I get to visit Japan so that I can go and eat at such stalls. 😊 Greetings from India. 🙏
this shows you, you can be clean with street food, also it's amazing how much the city helps people with their businesses, they give them access to water and light for them to use. amazing.
