One thing I've noticed about Japan and the videos I see on RUclips, a lot of old people are working. I see it here in the states too but I wouldn't expect that in Japan. What's the retirement situation like there? Is it just not a thing or are they wanting to work and keep busy?

I was comparing the ease and efficiency of Chinese street food stall set up. Somehow, they seem to be very compact and donot have such cumbersome heavy wooden structures.
These chinese food stalls have to set up from scratch everyday. The customer footfall is huge.
Pls view some of their setup and equipment. Maybe helpful to you folks and reduce so much physical effort.
