I see lots of cross contamination happening honestly, but I work in a kitchen so I know the struggle. You don't have time to go wash your hand every time you touch something that shouldn't be in contact with something else. For example she touched the meat then touched the veg. Health inspector would flip seeing something like that in America or here in Canada.
This is why people should always announce their allergies to their server even if their dish they are ordering doesn't contain anything they are allergic to.
It’s hard as an American who lived in Japan for 3 years to find a good bowl of ramen. I wish more Japanese immigrated, but I understand why you wouldn’t. I don’t blame you. I miss your cultures way of life.
In this restaurant they don’t even make the broth. It’s just powder like in a pack of instant ramen. They are also just buying the noodles, so it’s really just assembling. If you got the powder you could easily make this at home. It’s nothing special.
Amazing love how she does the work it's like she has found her rhythm never missing a beat food looks great would love to try it on my next visit to Japan. Love her hair though, as a guy hardly anybody gets silver or grey hair. I tried it once and got loads of compliments, looking at her hair has made me wanna go get my hair done again😂. Gordon Ramsey eat your heart out. This young woman is calm and collected she has no problems whatsoever and is very much a part of the community and the best part is the price, not a rip-off and shouting and yelling at the staff. Japanese culture at its best.
@@shaunkelly9053 I think he does it even when cameras are off because that was the way how he was taught. When Ramsey was the trainee he had the same treatment and it seems he adopted the same method/approach to managing his staff. A lot of kitchens are like this at least back in the days.
This clean, organized, efficient, zesty, intelligent, attractive operation has all the recipes for success. Each order is 100% impressive by a delightful chef. With highly trained chefs like her, this tiny restaurant could be a testbed for future franchisement.

I am watching from Florida. It's amazing how low the prices are for high quality ramen in this restaurant. Here in Florida we pay 2,230 yen for a bowl of ramen.
She's so pro the way she preps, cooks, then assembles meals with such efficiency. Watching how it's done is quite entertaining

見ているだけでお腹が空いてきました。私はブラジルにいますが、これほど丁寧に作られたラーメンを見つけるのは難しいです。証明もできないのに、どんな拷問を見るべきだろう。この女の子の料理を準備する能力、組織力、スピードは印象的です。すべてが完璧です。

介護をやっている自分含めて『介護って大変ですね』『頑張って下さいね』と言葉を頂いています。
ですが、飲食は特に失敗や手抜きが許されず売り上げに直結されてしまうのでどんなにキツくても『笑顔で』『愛想良くて』『上手くて』『安くて』『場所良くて』『雰囲気良くて』があって初めて客が選択してくれるから本当に大変だと思う。
自分も、色々な場面で介護の業務に置き換えて頑張る気力や元気を頂いています‼️
この辺りはドライブにも最高！奈良の景色が楽しめるほのぼのとした場所なので、ドライブがてら行きたい！
香芝から桜井まで真っ直ぐな幹線道路やし走りやすい道ではありますね😊

機材がきちんと揃うしていて、店内もラーメン屋にしては綺麗に清潔にしてる。昔ながらの全て手作業のラーメン屋は当然に良いが、こういう新しい全て完璧な機材の中で作られるラーメンは毎回、味付の差がなく、ここの味付が好きな人には良いだろうね!

スタッフの女の子達もいて店が明るい。
