Right, because the 90 year old women that have been cooking street food for their entire lives aren't hard working or down to Earth. The ONLY reason this girl is on RUclips and popular is because she's young and attractive and that is it. If her food was that amazing, she'd be much wealthier and much more successful than she is. She's hot, so she's a "hard worker" and she probably IS a very hard worker, but she isn't being recognized for her food, but for her looks.
Oita is a hidden gem in food. They truely have the best chicken here. I have tried chicken nanban and karaage in several restaurants in the area. The food is elevated by the quality of the ingredients.

Everyone just tries to over charge and cut corners on the portion for profit. Its really sad my country does not and will not have a culture like this in japan.

It's good that it's a chicken steak coz every other shop like these mostly serves steak of other kinda meat as someone who only eats chicken and eggs as a nonveg option. This really makes me happy🤤
