at first I was not liking the house, but then as I kept watching I started to like more and more...then when you said "we are into the video about 23 min" I caught myself saying " no I want to see more!" (yeah felt weird talking to my screen)...overall very nice property!

The dining room off the kitchen wasn’t the formal dining room. The room with the pool table was the formal dining room. However I liked their casual setup and the detail of the house such the moulding was great!

I thought the Seven Hills home would be priced higher than $5 mil. It's actually nice for the size but it has some 2000's character.

Nobody more thorough than you CK tours are GR8 but lets call a spade a spade at this price point you ve shown Custom Build/Blue Heron/High end Toll Bros that are just as good a value and newer.

I'm looking for a modern home (minimalist/brutalist/Blue Heron like architecture) of older build that I can use as a live/work art studio.
I'll actually be using it to paint/ work in so some of these homes are just too nice. I'd ruin them.
I need plenty of light preferably with a skylight and I'd love to have a courtyard.

@@chakits1 $3.5M list price negotiated down to $3.25M makes more sense for this but even then that’s steep.
It’s only listed at a high price because it has a large lot and most houses unfortunately in the area were built based off greed so backyards have no privacy or just enough land to take ten steps before you hit the property line
$4.2M, There's a lot of COOLER Places to live instead of Walking Distance to the SUN🌞🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
But People who own $4.2M Properties usually have 10 Other properties around the World so that's Probably just one of His/Her Vacation Homes🏖🏝🏞
