@jay0604 its another company they are selling better houses for only 1M or less and it has pool, bar, even guest room, a suite with a bar and a balcony for each bedrooms with bathroom private, and less expensive, even with Jacuzzi and pool with bar too
Omg! The cameraman wouldn’t show any details they were discussing. It was killing me the whole time. I was dying to see details as he was pointing out and talking about the amenities and options, but the cameraman wouldn’t show anything they were talking about but the man pointing out details. Definitely a bad review from the camera pov.

Wow! Chakits, I have not seen you for a long time, Happy New Year! I have been looking at homes in Guadalajara, Mexico. One of my nieces is in GDL. right now, is sending me pictures of houses there. She is there for 2 weeks with her boyfriend, and he has family there. His mother is with them, and she is a real estate agent in L.A. County. The houses here in L.A. are way too much for young couples, and that's why the flew there to look at houses. They been sending pictures from Capital Brokers website in GDL. Next will be Las Vegas for them.

Thanks for the home tour Chuck, but for what it's worth I would have preferred that You, Rudy, York, and perhaps your fellow team member Zach had come to this home alone and did a more personal tour so I could have heard your own input and the rest of your crew on how you guys really feel about the house. I enjoy listening to your jokes and what not, this tour felt more like an infomercial in trying to unload this home on television, but anyway the house is really nice and it's given me some ideas for the future again I enjoy the videos we'll catch you on the next one.

Stairs are supposed to be designed to withstand shoes stepping on them. If the builder thinks it's necessary to put temporary protection on the stairs to keep them looking new until a buyer purchases the property then it means they choose stairs that are not strong enough to stand up to wear and tear. Having a protective layer on any surface while the house is being shown is an indication that some of the materials aren't of the highest quality.
I hear you. There are workers still finishing up on the last touches throughout the house. Blue Heron homes uses some of the highest finishes in town
What is the purpose of using engineered hard wood floors over just using regular hardwood floors?

LLV was a dying neighborhood since the 2007 crash...slowly coming back, but no where near what it could be...they need to get the village back functioning to help businesses to come back as well.

Overall nice home. But lakefront in Nevada ? Let's see in 10 years what that lake looks like ? I would hope that the details you pointed out were done by experienced craftsmen, which is probably a foreign concept in the USA...

I looked into buying where you are just 7 weeks ago, I had the lake water tested because out side the backyard was the Lakeside and it smelled awful,, Turns out its highly Polluted from the Wash Drainage system from Las Vegas… It enters at a Underground point under the main road where you have the crossing to the other side of the Lake, They have to clear the Runout Rails that get blocked up with Garbage from the Drainage systems every week . Don’t Swim in it , Make sure your Kids stay out of the Lake. 😂

Very nice home but I'm sorry, 7.3 million for Lake Las Vegas, not to mention there's going to be another home built behind the pool right in the way of your lake view. This is a 5.5 million dollar property imho. What say you?
