Bro, I love you, but please don't say you love how the primary bedroom has a step up. Nobody on the face of the earth wants a step up in their master. Too easy to trip at night and it's just, for a lack of a better word, dumb. There is zero benefit and all downsides to have a 4 inch step up in a bedroom. Come on, man.

Sure a beautiful house ... but the last thing I would want in my primary bedroom is a step. This is the silliest and most dangerous thing I have ever seen in a house. What on earth did the architect think? You wake up in the night, need to go to the bathroom ... You don´t want to switch the light on in order not to wake up Your partner ... and end up waking him with the crash of You stumbling down that silly step.

I completely fell in love with this house. I love that everything isn't straight, with some quirky angles etc. The back yard is gorgeous.
Many of the homes that you show feel overly modern to me. But this house has a lovely, different personality.
But an FYI...in house this big often the bedroom tucked away from everyone elses isn't a guest room, it's for the housekeeper lol.

We are looking for home like this. We assumed the price is 4,495,000 in Henderson. If it still available in January, we want it for the full price. We are working out of the country n Singapore n the Philippines on project developments, so we see the potential. I think we can put a down payment payment by Christmas. I love the house, the only thing I did not like was the dinette in the kitchen, not my taste at all. But one could get what they prefer over the one that is there. I like the bathrooms because they are not the standard tub and shower. Beautiful home, gorgeous.

Are you kidding me, they put a standing washer/dryer in the master bathroom 2nd water closet????? This house is so far beyond being worth 4.5 million. 2005 built??? Who are they fooling. 6-12months it will be listed for 3.5 million and still be hard to find a buyer. Backyard and golf course are the really only selling points.
