Hey... I really hope they aren't cutting you in on any cash when this place gets sold...Because This video would have zero to do with it! When you show a property like this, you MUST take the time to get as much knowledge about it as possible BEFORE shooting! You have no idea what this home has to offer. One of the worst jobs of presenting a product of any kind for sale...let alone a Multi-Million-Dollar home! I should contact these guys so I can refer someone to them who knows how to pitch something! JHC...you even said you "hated the brown"! This is "sales 101" Bro!
