The beauty is worth more than the views of Vegas. If this wasn't in a tower and actually a house with land it would be so inviting without HOA. I can imagine this house up the road from me where there is a stable and heated driveway. Or even up on the hill overlooking the river. That's what I think but it's worth the value. Security is 1 ya want in this living. Thanks
This place is awesome Chuck it's a work of art 🥰🥰🥰 it looks like something you would find in Italy in the state of Tuscany out in the countryside,😋😋😋 it's sad that this place is in Las Vegas because it does belong in Tuscany. The marble floors are so beautiful and I love all the butterflies colorful birds,😋😋😋 and that spiral staircase is to die for but I'm glad that this place has multiple elevators because I can't do the stairs, please don't get me started on the views because they are wonderful. 😇😇😇 There's just to much to talk about, the only thing I would want is some new toilets, washers and dryers, and some grab bars in the showers and we're good to go. SIGH it makes me sad 😞😞😢 that I can't buy this place, I wish I could but I can't 😕😕😕if I could it would be BBQ and party time the first week I move in and you would be invited . It was nice to watch this video it was happy and positive and put a smile on my face thanks for the tour Chuck I really appreciate it we'll catch you the next one🙂🙂🙂 P.S. This is the best Penthouse I have ever seen, I have seen some in California and GDL- Guadalajara, Mexico. This is absolutely fabulous I would have to sell all my properties in California to buy half the house. I would have to sell myself on the street to collect the rest. JK! I am Catholic and never would do that. I have always worked hard all my life. I believe in God. I am the only one out of my family that has always kept my head on straight. I have cousins and a best friend who I grew up with who was close to the family. All 3 are in Prison for life. Gangs took over their lives. I thank God for my life. Amen!

Id buy it just to show it to people and say "look how freaking rich I am!" each one of these miniature tiles is like $300 and I had all the marble floors and walls in the entire joint hand carved by master sculptors, had everything imported, etc... it costed me about a bazillion dollars 😂 But Id live somewhere else not as flowery/feminine/fufu where I can do single guy stuff
