Okay 👍 that was a Great Session on-“Bending-a-Strait-Stiff-Leg/Knee I Would Love-to-See-More-Techniques-on-Fixing”Drop foot” that Resulted from “Stroke”
God bless you dear Mr. Nathan. You are a blessing for all the patients in helping them to relive their normal life. You are so clear in the exercise. You take so much time to explain so that patients really learn. Good job.

Your exercises are practical and you explain their importance and which body part/s are going to be affected. Palihug padayon sa imong mission sa pagtabang kanamo gamit imong channel. Have a blessed and nice day.
Hi. I follow your videos because I'm a recent stroke survivor. My walking isn't where it needs to be and wr wte doing therapy on our own due to ins. May myself or my husband be able to ask you a few questions? Thanks for your time and videos. Regards ryan
@SKILLSANDWELLNESS when I walk or try the swinining motion when I stand at the counter i am not able to bend my knee back towards my bottom. But sitting on the floor I can bend and pull it tords me. I am able to sit on the floor and use the couch to stand up. Is Rhett some excersise that will jwlp with that. Please feel free to private message me if it's easier. Thanks. Have a beautiful weekend.
I'm 2 years post, and have been told I'm as good as I'll get. I don't want to believe that, hence the reason I found you. I assume this is is beneficial regardless of where We are in our journey, is that a fair assumption?
I can only do the last two exercises, but the first and the second I can't because my hands are tired and can't carry anything. But thanks for the exercises
Is it possible to have both legs like this , I have a spinal cord injury and have both hips replaced . One leg is worse than the other it drags along the floor and I have walk with a crutch since my second hip operation. Many thanks Michael.
Hello I'm trying figure out why my foot is hurting ever since I got my afo it's been hurting for about 2 years I had my stroke in march of 2019 help me out if you can but I have spasticity in my arm and leg
Take it steo by step. Check what stage you are at and then do the exercises for that. Stretch your foot first. And look for stretches for the butt. Then do the exercises. Daily practice is necessary. Even yoga practitioners, body builders and athletes practice a lot. I hope these exercises will help in making it easier for you to follow. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Fantastic!
Brilliant idea using the belt to help with movement

You are welcome. ❤️❤️❤️
Is the cubii good to use at this time n my exercises? Thanks for being here. God sent.
Sure. No problem there. Wrap the foot around the pedal so it stays there. I usually use a theraband for that. The wide ones
Do you have a video for ankle inversion, that my problem 😢
I’ll take note of that and make a video

Yes it is. And the magic comes from consistency.
Tnx🥰

How many repeation need in a day?
hi, what exercise can i do when i,m walking my right finger foot bend down when walking because of high blood stroke
My leg is only stiff when I try to walk. I had a stroke. When I’m on the couch it’s ok
Im the same
The relaxed phase when oickingnup the leg is very important with the practice.
I’m 7 weeks after femur surgery. I’m unable to fully bend my knee fully. I feel a tight pull… Will this help?
Definitely. Do t force it but go a little bit past tolerance
Is it possible to have both legs like this , I have a spinal cord injury and have both hips replaced . One leg is worse than the other it drags along the floor and I have walk with a crutch since my second hip operation. Many thanks Michael.
Yes. Do one leg at a time. And it is best if somebody can help you with your stretches.
I have a stiff leg it helps to put weight on it and a weight on ankle to pull down
Thats a good idea. Thanks
Well my right leg is just turned out so is there a way it can be fixed?
Ask for somebody to guide you with internal rotation. I also have other videos for the stroke leg
My leg doesn’t bend much when I’m walking
Try the strategies i recommend here. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
