You def need to read up as Dr berry just said most conventional doctors are trained by the patients lol to writ r a Rx for a virus that won’t even help ! It’s it’s viral it won’t help. Plus gotta research Rx as many cause long term side affects. My father in law is dying f the Rx they gave him for his kidney diseases but it’s affected his heart. My other friends who died of cancer it was the chemo and radiation that killed them!

Saline spray could be safer, but I appreciate your natural remedy knowledge! I also use oregano oil! I put 4 drops in at least 1 teaspoon olive oil! Daily till mucous clear.. not yellow!

Is horseradish still a natural food remedy for nasal congestion? I think I remember my father telling me something about that.
If you want even better results 4 grams xylitol, pinch(1/4 teaspoon)salt, pinch(1/4 teaspoon) baking soda, 8 oz water, flush each nostril(4 oz each nostril) 3 times per day.

I have done the same but my one nostril is blocked everytime and both works alternatively. So the water is not coming form another nostril... the blockage is because of the nasal turbinates get swollen or whatever 🙁

@@MsAnonymous0786 you have sinuses infection... that's called sinusitis. Depending upon how much the sinuses are infected, the pain and aches and head heaviness occurs differently.
In my case I'm suffering from chronic sinusitis on maxillary sinus and sphenoid sinuses and aslo having post nasal drip/discharge, getting mood off completely bcs of this and aslo bcs of blockage of nostril not by mucus but by nasal turbinates. These are the symptoms including having cold 12 Months accross and suffering too much when climate season changes , it may be seasonal allergy, other symptoms are throat dizziness and have to be cleared timely and sometimes its very difficult to get rid of mucus from throat area through mouth.
I'm on my medical treatment with medicines of antibiotics and nosal spray that protect against allergy and all...but seems like not affecting much.
Due to this my life quality is degraded and studies are also. Sometimes when I'm feeling active and energetic ( when both the nostrils get unblocked) then I'm a different person and when it effects me I will be different one , it also effectz my decision making and sometimes I can't even believe my self that if any decision I'm making in which mood I am!

Pani garm karke usko thanda kar lo fir bharna aur usme thoda sendha namak Mila lena hai fir apne ek naak se dalna hai aur dusre naak se nikalna hai. Jab Pani niklega to uske sath me gandgi bhi saaf ho jayegi. Aise din me do baar karna hai.

It's a worst technique. Never ever do this.
It's very helpful, but you have to do under experienced person or you have to take training otherwise it will give you worst experience. It's great technique and it's working iam using this one from past 6 years for chronic synasities.Starting I did my self by watching videos, it's not working properly and I got pain in head and nose. Later I got training in yoga centre now I got much relief compared with antibiotics it's very helpful for me.

Please I can't afford insurance and have sinus infections for months and can't smell or taste anything for months it feels like I have got water up my nose constantly
Last year I had a sinus infection and went to the med stop and got a steroid and antibiotic and if cleared it up fast and the steroid also helped my back pains. It only cost me around 200$. I can't afford insurance either 😢.

@@MrT-dn5hmI haven’t had any taste of smell for about 15 years. Very occasionally it comes back for a day or two and then gone again. Last time it came back was after I had covid. I was so hopeful it was going to stay, but alas it went again.

It’s how you lean your head and allow warm preboiled water in. Try again. Water will drip out through other nose. Method needs to be correct.

I have sinusitis. My nose is blocked. Eversince I started using neti pot, my symptoms got better. The mucus is able to drain while I'm using neti pot.
Yes if you have blocked nose and u use neti pot the water will not come other side . But it will reverse I.e if u put water from one nose same nose it will come out . I did septoplasty , turbinate reduction and Ballon sinoplasty under general anathesia and now I am having so much relief than before
