    BRILLIANT. This is exactly the standard of medical youtube videos that especially healthcare workers, and secondarily their patients deserve.
    I only realised in the last days that 2 diferent infections I had in 2015(one above my lefft eye and one below my right eye) were Sinutinitus infections.

    Oh the fatigue! Sinusitis has a very particular type of 'heavy body' fatigue; you just feel so unbelievably heavy and tired in the body. You may not feel like you want to sleep, but the body just doesn't want to get you through the day. It's fascinating to me how a sinus infection can cause such physical fatigue. It just ravages the entire body and ignorant people think you're hamming it up with a 'runny nose and a cold'. Oh dear. Ignorance. PS= I also find it fascinating how my nose can be totally clear and I can breathe fine but still have congestion that feels like setting concrete in my face, neck and ears. This was a really good video explained at level that all ages should be able to comprehend.

    One side or the other is always stuffy. It seems to happen randomly on its own. When I blow my nose it is mostly dry. If I roll over to my side, the nostril that's on top sometimes clears up within a few minutes. I just roll over and over again, tossing and turning all night. I can still breathe through one of my nostrils but it's too uncomfortable to sleep. This has been ongoing for a year

    • @robinmaurya619
      @robinmaurya619 2 года назад +1

      @@DhruvPatel-pi8hx well, curing it is kind of difficult. Changing environments can rid you of your symptoms, but you will never know until u move to somewhere appropriate. Surgery does help cure it but there's always a chance of reoccurrence. It's best to talk to a doctor on the best way to cure it. But u have to specify that u want a cure, and not just Medecines to control the symptoms, big difference between the two.

    I had this earlier this year and am still recovering. 2 weeks of antibiotics, prescription Flonase, and prescription allergy medication. I was diagnosed after I had severe sinus toothaches. I still can’t smell as good, but it’s getting better, very stuffy nose and a lot of mucus everywhere, in both nose and throat. Today, I don’t have a lot of sinus toothaches anymore, but still have stuffy nose a lot. I also used to get really bad headaches but those have also gone away.

    I started meditating 3 hours every day at night time after my office work from 10pm -1am (3 hours) and Within 7 days my mucus creation and nose blocks got cleared and I was able to smell after so many months.
    So to conclude - All the illnesses which the modern Medical industry says surgery is the one and only one option and cannot be cured with medicines - I request all those people to do meditation every day 3 hours and You will see that your illness gets cured and is guaranteed there is no question of particular illness will not be cured in meditation - Many people even cured cancers also.

      Actually you’ve become dependent on the decongestant and you have rebound congestion. I know it’s hard to stop the decongestant but you have to if you ever want to breath regularly as you once have. Also focus on the problem weather it be allergies or deviated septum. Get a allergy test if you have them so they can make a med for you to take via dropper under your tongues. You will build immunity after a while to the things you are allergic to. If u have deviated septum then surgery will correct this

    I have tried too many treatments for my chronic sinusitis, but it doesn't seem to respond to the medications offered. I have been stuck into it for som years now. My ears are plugged painfully, nose stuffed up & headache crushing constantly. I I have already undergone DNS surgery, this cannot go again for it. The disease disturbs me in every intellectual affair, it crushes down my cognition. I am not able to study. It kind of leads to forgetfulness as well. Do you agree?

    My nose has been almost completely blocked for about 2 years. I cannot really breathe in or out of it. There is little to no mucus or discharge from my nostrils and the sinuses just feel swollen shut. I have a lot of pressure which worsens if I lay down. Sleep is very difficult and I often awaken breathless and coughing violently. It feels like I have a cannonball in the front of my face. I also have problems swallowing as it feels like my throat is at least partially closed. My breathing is labored and for some reason it is worse in the evenings. I sneeze 50+ times per day all year round. My eyes and throat are frequently itchy, again, all year round. I actually damaged my eye last year as it was so irritated that I managed to rub a hole in the cornea. I have had my nose examined and now know that one of my nasal passages is collapsed/deformed. I know I have pollen allergies and asthma, but this doesn't explain the year-round symptoms. I'm going to a specialist soon to find out what I am allergic to. Whatever it is, it exists all year round, indoors and outside and in different countries. This is driving me crazy.

      I have a sinus infection cure that worked for me and it's very cheap. Get yourself a empty nose spray bottle and fill it up with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, then spray it into your nose and allow it to bubble so it will kill infection. Make sure to slowly tilt head back and onto your side too to allow liquid to enter sinus cavities - yes this will sting a bit but it doesn't hurt that bad. Have a tissue roll on hand to use and be ready to spit out excess hydrogen-peroxide/mucus out of your mouth. I usually do three sets of multiple sprays for each nose. Once done spraying clean your nose by cupping your hands and gently sniffing water into nasal cavity to flush any remaining hydrogen-peroxide or use a netty pot.
      It may take awhile to be fully healed but this the only full proof cheap method I know that worked for me after enduring sinus infection for 20 years!

    1-Take steam on a regular basis as it's winters now. (This will open the nasal cavity)
    2-Do kapaalbhati and anlom vilom on a regular basis (search the same on google for both the yogas).(this will clear the nasal congestion that's causing nasal blockage)
    3-Do warm compress on a regular basis. You have to take warm water in a bowl first, then dip a cotton handkerchief in it then immediately keep it on your nose and the cheeks where people apply blush.(It will melt the mucus inside the sinuses)
    4-Do jal neeti on a regular basis with a Neeti pot only.
    I am a chronic rhino sinusitis patient and was operated a year before. Since then I have gradually seen increase in the congestion but after doing all these method to reduce nasal congestion now it's a lot better.
