I have cystic fibrosis and I've had this surgery done to me three times. I've recently got checked again for polyps due to frequent migraines and loss of smell. I've been put on steroid tablets and steroid spray that i mix with the saline rinse. Insha allah my polyps shrink and if they don't it is possible for another surgery. Watching this video helped become more informative about the surgery. I've always wanted to learn how the surgery is done. Also why my polyps grow back.

  • @syckle33
    @syckle33 Год назад +33

Edit: I have not been having this issue for 3 years straight now. After YEARS of suffering. Thank and praise belong to God!
I had sinus problem for a few years, same symtoms as described above, but I don't want surgery. Fortunately I got this healed a year ago by strengthening my immune system.
My sinus problem comes and go randomly, but as times go the issue occurs more frequently and it is ruining my daily life. At first I feel annoyed cz I'd have to do some exercise to find some temporary relief, but then sad, and then angry, and ultimately despair.
I decided to go to a specialist physician for my issue, and she prescribed me an expensive nasal spray that is indeed effective to fix my nose for a few days, but I don't want to depend on that spray for the rest of my life.
So I asked her what actually caused this and how to prevent it. She cannot answer my question, which really baffles me, aren't she the specialist here?
Therefore, I searched online just like you, and always ends up with articles saying that I needs surgery.
Now for disclaimer, I have nothing against surgery. I just cannot accept the fact that I just so happened to have this nose issue and now the only way to fix it is by surgery. I at least need to know why it happened in the first place how I can prevent it for next time. Surgery is not cheap either.
Then I come across a video talking about strengtening our own's body immune system, which was not emphasized anymore nowadays.
After going through the video series, I learned how important Vitamin D is for our immune system, among other vitamins and electrolytes.
And how refined carbs, refined sugars, fast food, and ultra processed food are weakening our immune system and creates lots of problem.
It dawns on me that before I started to have sinus problem after I got a steady job WFH job. So I rarely go outside and get exposed to sun ray unless on the weekend. And with that, I started to eat irresponsibly also, eating all kind of foods and drinks I want. I got out of shape, gained 25kg of body weight, and my sinus begins having problem.
So since a year ago, I decided to change my diet completely. I stopped eating refined carbs, regined sugars, fast good, and ultra processed food. I decided to try healthy keto diet for a month with intermittent fasting. And I felt the change after 2 weeks on my sinus problem. It was not easy giving up those delicious food I tell you, but I keep reminding myself about all the suffering I've to endure due to my sinus problem. My weight starts to fell off and I feel physically better overall. I decided to keep this as a lifestyle since.
My advice for everyone with this issue is to try to cut off all the refined carbs and refined sugars from your diet for two weeks to see if it helps with your issue. Some of you have suffered from this for years, so what is a mere 2 weeks? Its a lot cheaper than surgery also. :) Good luck!

Practice breath there's two method im using
1: take a deep breath and close youre nose until you can't hold it and let go and keep doing it until you're nose breaths better or the best one I like is
2: try practicing breath while the nose is clogged theres the deep breath but try breathing smoothly and try to keep it 1.5 second breath *dont breath fast and hard* later youre body will think youre breathing abnormal and open the nasal passage.
Note try sleeping on the side like left and right dont sleep looking at the ceiling.drink water. Clean youre nose if its runny. I'm also struggling it but only at night time. But throughout the day I ignore it because of this method.

I hope someone relates to this..I’m turning 14 this year and I wanna talk about this. I am not 100% sure if I have this but I had this issue since I was 9.. I’ve had no nasal issue or problem ever, it just one day happened. It has recently happened to my brother aswell...I’ve had this for almost 4 years now and I’ve always been annoyed by it but these times it’s getting worse for me. My left nostril is literally blocked rn however, every time I move to a different side or basically title my body to the right of left, this THING in my nose moves towards the other nostril or to which side I put my body on. It’s like i don’t fucking know what it is..every time I try putting a finger up my nose (yes it’s gross, but I needed to know what was borthrring me) it’s like a blockage, a slimy blockage. And to get rid of the blockage only for a few seconds, I blow my nose hard sucking air into my nose, and it opens that blockage up for like 3 seconds and I can breathe, but then so quickly it blocks one of my nostrils again. I HATE IT. I don’t even have the energy to cry or worry about this, since I’ve had it for so long I’m not surprised. But, after having this problem for so long, I can’t take it anymore. I’ve told me mother and she hasn’t done anything and my fathers my only hope..but I don’t know how to explain the issue to them..idk how to explain :( I just hope someone maybe related of her what I even fucking said. Please someone find me a solution, I can’t take it any much longer. It’s affecting my breathing by a lot. Please. also, no one gets what I try to say. Everyone thinks I’m faking it when I’m not and it makes me so upset, so the Internet is my only choice. I’m aware I won’t get a reply to this probably after like a month but whatever.

use a saline rinse - this is a great way to keep your nose healthy

Use Tea Tree Oil - dilute it and swab the polyps with it - this can reduce polpys and reduce symptoms.
Eat foods high in anioxidants - broccoli, citrus fruits etc - these can cure nose polyps naturally.

I have been suffering from this for almost 6 months. I hate doctors so I thought I'd give the tea tree oil a try. I have a netti pot so I simply used my netti pot and filled it to the water line and put in 3 drops of tea tree oil. I am on day 2 and finally starting to find relief. From what I've read it's a 2 to 3 week process of treating it this way.

I take Afrin at night to help me sleep and Flonase during the day along with the grapefruit seed extract. I did break down and finally scheduled a doctor's appointment for June. I hope this works but if not I will have the surgery. I've been dealing with this now for 9 months 😪.

@@eliaskourtaa7927 ...my friend I wanted to let you know of the success I seem to be having. First off my biggest contributor to the nasal polyps was red food dye and some sugars. I cut out all product with any food dye coloring and I bought a pack of the nasal spray bottles off of ebay that spray a fine mist.
In about 5oz of water I have a packet of the salt/baking soda packet that would normally come with a neti pot and 2 droppers full of grapefruit seed extract. Not 2 drops but 2 droppers full. I have placed this mixture in the fine mist nasal spray bottles. My routine has been to spray the mixture about every 30 minutes throughout the day. It's very mild and doesn't burn or hurt at all. Each morning when I wake up I spray one spray of the Flonase in each nostril then after a half hour or so I begin the mixture I spoke about previously. To help me sleep I was using the Afrin before bed but after 2 weeks of doing this regimen I no longer need the Afrin and I have been able to remove most polyps. I did have a doctor's appointment for June but at this point I don't plan on keeping it. I am now down to doing the Flonase once a day and the mixture I spoke of about 5 to 7 times a day. This has worked wonders for me!

Missy, This may be a stretch for you to believe but I had an online ascension activation session on Monday, this is Wednesday, and I had benevolent ETs (Mantis beings) heal my polyp that I've struggled with for over 3 months. Never use the medical system unless just to be stitched up after a serious accident. They always use Rxs which have never cured anything but will lower your vibration. I am awakened to who we are and who is out there where we can't see, even have photos. I'm just in awe this morning as my polyp is flat and I expect it to shrivel up and maybe fall out soon. Not a joke. I'd be glad to give you the name of the woman who did my session, if you're open minded, and you can view her videos online.

@@robertomarioneta4283 You won't believe this but it's the 100% truth. I've tried everything for 3 months and then got an ascension activation session with Tracie Mahan (QHHT) where I just sat at my computer on a Zoom recording while she channeled benevolent Mantis beings and they healed it. They said they could cut it right then but I asked that it just dry up and fall out of my nose.....which it did 2 days later. This appt was this past Monday so I'm still in shock but I've known they are great healing ETs. I've healed all kinds of cancers and other diseases using biomagnetsim (magnets) but this was the most awesome experience ever. You can see her channel her guides on her youtube channel. She is teaching those of us who are awake and going through our awakening growth of the hidden truths. Her sessions are $160 but worth way more. Hope this doesn't blow your mind. I have a video of photos I took that may help you see that I am very credible. I shows an orb with an elf face smiling and waving in it, Archangel Michael's protective light sword, and pic of my German Shepherd's light body/spirit a few weeks after her passing. I can send the link if you want. otherwise, it's on Unbiased and on the Fence youtube channel titled Orb with a face.

I got diagnosed with nasal polyps around 7 years ago, and was told to use steroid spray (and stupidly never used it). right now i have constant blocked nose and sinus pain (forehead near ears and around eyes). and also can these polyps turn cancerous?. thank you

Persistent Sinus problems with or without nasal polyps or candida / yeast infection on the tongue could be an early warning sign of a bigger future problem. Please do NOT ignore this advice. Do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a form of Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection ( I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. Other symptoms may include Anxiety, vertex headaches, chest discomfort, shoulder and neck tension/ discomfort, unexplained weight loss and difficulty gaining weight, iron deficiency, anemia, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, sudden severe cold (because of air trapped within the GI tract, palpitations (high pulse), high blood pressure especially at night or while asleep or even slightly low blood pressure,

Watch what you’re eating. A lot of things are in the food
Monitor your symptoms and write down what you eat wait between 24 to 72 hours to see if anything you’ve ate makes it flare!

It is an awesome one off guide for curing nasal polyps permanently and naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

@@hummer2223 during the recovery I was not able to breathe thru my nostrils which causes dry mouth. And I was instructed to raise my nose at least 3 time with meds which also been difficult at first and lots of blood blocks. I was also instructed to be very gentle with the pressure within my nasal cavity( sneezes & coughs) because there are scar tissues. Guess what, I managed to break off a scar tissue and bled for 5 hours.( went to the ER) But, the doc told me this is a rare case.
