17 years ago we found a stray pregnant mom cat who soon after had 5 kitties. We raised the litter and ended up keeping 3 of them. Watching them grow we remember this as one of the happiest times in our life

Cats are smart and have excellent memories. The mother cat would have seen the rescuer and his car before and known that he was a good choice to approach.

We understand! We are unemployed and disabled and have a number of homeless cats visiting and some moving into our home over the years! The largest amount was 11 cats and at this moment it is at 8 cats! We love them so much! We might not have much money but we have a lot of love which stray animals need! We love what you do! The vet saved that last kitten 10:11 ….. that made me soooo happy for that cat to have all her babies with her…❤… I’ve seen videos of people performing cpr on dying cats, dogs and all kinds of animals, those people are amazing and wish them well!!!

Cats are very loving if you treat them nicely, the Emotional Centers in a Cats brain is the same as Humans. I've have also heard stories of wild animals asking Humans for help. Wolves, Brown Bears, Polar Bears. One such story is about a Polar Bear Mother who was badly injured and bleeding profusely, her 2 cubs ran to find a human help their Mother. The Humans responded, repaired her wounds and took care of this family. It is really heart warming to see how the Mother Cat trusted the care of her 2-3 day old Kittens to this man. Cats are very observant and she probably saw this man feeding the street Cats, herself included. Stray Dogs and Tom Cats will take the Kittens and eat them, it's not safe on the street for them. Thank you for what you do daily to help these lovely creatures.
As a longtime cat parent, I find that just telling the cats what’s happening n going to happen alleviates their anxiety. They seem to understand every word.

I live in a pretty small rural City and we really don't have a big stray cats problem but we also know if the cats are meant to be outside or inside and the town takes care of making sure they're fixed but everybody in town while they don't feed them they do leave water or shelter but some people like myself there's always food and water and shelter in our yard. We took care of a stray for a good 10 years before he passed as we hadn't seen him in a few months but then he came back and a few days later he disappeared and we haven't seen him since so I think and I know he was saying goodbye and thank you for all the years. As well as most of my cats that I have right now are the results of my parents and I feeding them and their mothers coming inside depositing her their hitchhikers as we like to call it any of the living room or my mom's clothes. One cat we had never seen we opened the door and she came in and then never left and 8 weeks later we had her kittens in my living room. She stayed long enough to have them weed and then disappeared on us. Cats know a good person when they see one

One cat we had never seen we opened the door and she came in and then never left and 8 weeks later we had her kittens in my living room. She stayed long enough to have them weed and then disappeared on us. Cats know a good person when they see one
