What an amazing job of removing and cleaning the filth of this home. I feel so sorry for the owners, something must have happened to them to get them into this state of unsanitary conditions. I hope the owners are given a chance to get mental health assistance. Living in those conditions must have had an affect. I have never seen anything this bad. I have a hard time understanding how a human could live like that. It took a long time to get in that condition. Great work! Even if the person that lives there is old, living like that is mental illness and they will require help and I hope they get it!

100 процентов натащит обратно , уже через год так же будет. А оплачивали клинеров наверное несчастные соседи ,которым надоели тараканы,клопы ,сверчки и жуткая вонь, и скорее всего какие-то траты взяли на себя волонтёры. Жуть такую соседку иметь!

@@Dmitry_SPb увы, достаточно и года. Это синдром Плюшкина, у нас несколько таких психически больных людей в районе живут - ежедневно тащат домой хлам со всех окрестных помоек. Соседи страдают, но сделать ничего не могут - человек сам лечиться не хочет, никуда к врачам не обращался, а признать недееспособным через суд и выселить в ПНД крайне муторно из-за законов. Поэтому десятилетиями это длится. А у некоторых даже и паспортов нормальных нет, у кого советские остались, а кто и просто потерял всё.
Вот это ужас! Бедные соседи! И, кстати, было заметно, что бабушка-хозяйка этого кошмара осталась недовольна. Эта женщина совершенно точно психически больна, она не может и дальше остаться без присмотра.

-- Easy... the occupants or occupants just did! A lot of folks would be surprised as to how many people there are that have a mental illness of some kind or another and that's how they end up living like that. Some of them are just simply hoarders, others are just completely uneducated and don't understand the need for hygiene and cleanliness and then there are those that have drug or alcohol addictions... with many also saddled by mental illness. Simple depression can steamroll into major depression and folks often just give up. Unless there is someone independent of the occupant that keeps an eye on them, things can simply devolve into a situation like that which you see in the video. My own personal experience is this - many years ago, I took over as the maintenance honcho for a property owned by a major hotel chain. While the number wasn't high, I'd say around six to eight total people, there were a few folks that lived there that were almost as bad as what was shown in the video. You would be shocked as to how foul and nasty people can be and they just don't care. You might wonder how tenants could be that foul while living in a hotel but I'll clear it up for you. It wasn't a traditional hotel, it was a very old and somewhat run down efficiency hotel where people rented by the week or the month. If the tenants didn't want it, there was no housekeeping service every week which means they were expected to keep up for themselves but many did not. Some folks were super clean, you might say germaphobes, and others were quite foul and I mean nasty foul! You got the wide scale of super clean to super nasty... and let me tell you, I learned a lot about people through my employment there. Part of the problem was that the hotel property itself was up for sale for years through the economic downturn here in the states which bottomed out in around the year 2009 or 2010. The economic downturn, which went on for a number of years, led to the property NOT selling... and as long as it turned at least a small profit, corporate didn't care about it not selling. They just left it up for sale until a buyer was willing to pay what they were asking. So what's the point? Effectively, the hotel wasn't being run as a hotel, it was actually an apartment complex running under hotel rules with all the units basically being a one room studio apartment. Quite a number of the tenants didn't just live there for days or weeks or months but lived there for years. There was an ever escalating number that had lived there for 10 years or more so that's why it would be easy to have a developing situation where someone was living in an incredibly nasty unit loaded with filth and bugs and trash. How did the finances work? It was an ABP deal... all bills paid. As long as you paid ahead of time the flat rate, you had a place to live. The cheapest way to go was to simply pay a month at a time and most of the tenants did. What about the property manager? He just didn't give a flying rip about certain things which led to some manner of degradation of the property. Surprisingly to me, he knew about the units which were foul and nasty but again, he just didn't care. All he was concerned about was those folks continuing to live there and NOT moving out. Why? Because then he would have to pay to have the units overhauled completely which cost money! In other words, it was better for the hotel financially to allow those people to continue living there in their foulness!! Realistically, it was his fault that some of those situations developed and he knew it just like I did. But once things got bad and there was no turning back, he just turned a blind eye to what was going on when it got even worse. What did I do? Well, I did my job and reported my findings to him but I quickly learned there was no point in opening my mouth because he already knew about everything that I had to report. He only dealt with the severe problems when he absolutely had to and his solution was to deal with those problems by hiring a contractor to come in for an overhaul job. I'm actually thankful for that because I mostly never had to deal with it!! Imagine having to go in there and clean that sort of thing up yourself... GROSS!!! The bottom line is this - when left to their own devices, some folks will just live in a manner of which you saw in this video which I have no doubt was 100% for real. I say this because I have seen it with my own eyes a few times and it is bad. There really are some folks that will live in a garbage dump or worse... AMONGST ABSOLUTE FILTH... as sad as that may be. The only real solution is to help people as best you can and encourage them to live a healthy life. A lot of it boils down to human contact - when there is a lack of it, bad things can happen. Be kind to folks and always be encouraging. Stay involved and be willing to open your mouth while exercising caution and tact. If necessary, seek out professional help for those folks that need it. Ignoring problems only make them worse. - Max Giganteum

Ужасная квартира! Первый раз такой ужас вижу! Бедные соседи😢, и домашние животные ( я так поняла у этих грязнуль собака и кошка живёт. Животных жалко) . У соседей из-за этих неадекватных людей, тоже теперь куча тараканов,сверчков и клопов. Такие люди через год опять квартиру доведут до уровня помойки. 100% помимо собирательства они ещё с помоек всё тащат к себе в квартиру. П.с. я обратила внимание,что бабулька ещё не довольная осталась , по мешкам стала рыться и обратно все старые и грязные вещи доставать. Да уж, клинерам и соседями можно памятник ставить .
I couldn't have tackled that job. I would have vomited every two seconds. But there's something strange here. The woman was buying tons and tons of plates, containers, food etc. but was unable to carry out the rubbish/waste as it formed! How on earth did she survive in all that toxic filth? Obviously there was a mental issue here.

@@Dmitry_SPb увы, достаточно и года. Это синдром Плюшкина, у нас несколько таких психически больных людей в районе живут - ежедневно тащат домой хлам со всех окрестных помоек. Соседи страдают, но сделать ничего не могут - человек сам лечиться не хочет, никуда к врачам не обращался, а признать недееспособным через суд и выселить в ПНД крайне муторно из-за законов. Поэтому десятилетиями это длится. А у некоторых даже и паспортов нормальных нет, у кого советские остались, а кто и просто потерял всё.

-- Easy... the occupants or occupants just did! A lot of folks would be surprised as to how many people there are that have a mental illness of some kind or another and that's how they end up living like that. Some of them are just simply hoarders, others are just completely uneducated and don't understand the need for hygiene and cleanliness and then there are those that have drug or alcohol addictions... with many also saddled by mental illness. Simple depression can steamroll into major depression and folks often just give up. Unless there is someone independent of the occupant that keeps an eye on them, things can simply devolve into a situation like that which you see in the video.
My own personal experience is this - many years ago, I took over as the maintenance honcho for a property owned by a major hotel chain. While the number wasn't high, I'd say around six to eight total people, there were a few folks that lived there that were almost as bad as what was shown in the video. You would be shocked as to how foul and nasty people can be and they just don't care. You might wonder how tenants could be that foul while living in a hotel but I'll clear it up for you. It wasn't a traditional hotel, it was a very old and somewhat run down efficiency hotel where people rented by the week or the month. If the tenants didn't want it, there was no housekeeping service every week which means they were expected to keep up for themselves but many did not. Some folks were super clean, you might say germaphobes, and others were quite foul and I mean nasty foul! You got the wide scale of super clean to super nasty... and let me tell you, I learned a lot about people through my employment there.
Part of the problem was that the hotel property itself was up for sale for years through the economic downturn here in the states which bottomed out in around the year 2009 or 2010. The economic downturn, which went on for a number of years, led to the property NOT selling... and as long as it turned at least a small profit, corporate didn't care about it not selling. They just left it up for sale until a buyer was willing to pay what they were asking. So what's the point? Effectively, the hotel wasn't being run as a hotel, it was actually an apartment complex running under hotel rules with all the units basically being a one room studio apartment. Quite a number of the tenants didn't just live there for days or weeks or months but lived there for years. There was an ever escalating number that had lived there for 10 years or more so that's why it would be easy to have a developing situation where someone was living in an incredibly nasty unit loaded with filth and bugs and trash. How did the finances work? It was an ABP deal... all bills paid. As long as you paid ahead of time the flat rate, you had a place to live. The cheapest way to go was to simply pay a month at a time and most of the tenants did.
What about the property manager? He just didn't give a flying rip about certain things which led to some manner of degradation of the property. Surprisingly to me, he knew about the units which were foul and nasty but again, he just didn't care. All he was concerned about was those folks continuing to live there and NOT moving out. Why? Because then he would have to pay to have the units overhauled completely which cost money! In other words, it was better for the hotel financially to allow those people to continue living there in their foulness!! Realistically, it was his fault that some of those situations developed and he knew it just like I did. But once things got bad and there was no turning back, he just turned a blind eye to what was going on when it got even worse. What did I do? Well, I did my job and reported my findings to him but I quickly learned there was no point in opening my mouth because he already knew about everything that I had to report. He only dealt with the severe problems when he absolutely had to and his solution was to deal with those problems by hiring a contractor to come in for an overhaul job. I'm actually thankful for that because I mostly never had to deal with it!! Imagine having to go in there and clean that sort of thing up yourself... GROSS!!!
The bottom line is this - when left to their own devices, some folks will just live in a manner of which you saw in this video which I have no doubt was 100% for real. I say this because I have seen it with my own eyes a few times and it is bad. There really are some folks that will live in a garbage dump or worse... AMONGST ABSOLUTE FILTH... as sad as that may be. The only real solution is to help people as best you can and encourage them to live a healthy life. A lot of it boils down to human contact - when there is a lack of it, bad things can happen. Be kind to folks and always be encouraging. Stay involved and be willing to open your mouth while exercising caution and tact. If necessary, seek out professional help for those folks that need it. Ignoring problems only make them worse.

первый раз вижу видео с настолько запущенным жилищем(дом это или квартира)- таких людей, которые доводят до такого свой дом- нужно изолировать от общества- может быть лечить их нужно- если это квартира в доме- то не повезло всем соседям- от тараканов они тоже не смогут избавиться - а запахи- не хочу даже представлять,как там пахнет.
Ужасная квартира! Первый раз такой ужас вижу! Бедные соседи😢, и домашние животные ( я так поняла у этих грязнуль собака и кошка живёт. Животных жалко) . У соседей из-за этих неадекватных людей, тоже теперь куча тараканов,сверчков и клопов. Такие люди через год опять квартиру доведут до уровня помойки. 100% помимо собирательства они ещё с помоек всё тащат к себе в квартиру.
П.с. я обратила внимание,что бабулька ещё не довольная осталась , по мешкам стала рыться и обратно все старые и грязные вещи доставать.
Да уж, клинерам и соседями можно памятник ставить .

Obviously there was a mental issue here.
