    To everyone who is having Chronic sinus issues. Your issues may lie in your gut. If the gut is not healthy the sinuses will not be healthy. This method will work but if you have leaky gut the sinus issues will continue. 95% of people who have Chronic sinus problems also have Candida overgrowth. Or some other kind of yeast issue. If it was me I’d be looking at changing the diet. Cutting out sugar and processed foods. Eating lots of vegetables. Some fruits are fine. Not the higher sugar content ones like pineapple and mango. Get out more. Being indoors all day with the heating on is no good. And get some exercise

      So true, but COCONUT OIL is scientifically documented as destroying Candida.
      I read Dr. Bruce Fife, "The Coconut Miracle", with over 176 peer reviewed scientific papers.

      Makes sense!!.I live in Vegas(one all mighty f##king pain in the Ass for this issue)and so many people here (And i heard a similar thing for AZ )have Sinus issues!
      But I will try this ACV drink and research the "Gut"theory or possibility!.TY.

So I'm new at the swiping spices and ran out of cayenne so I traded with paprika and omgsh I need half of that damn bottle to make my food spicy eventhough that paprika looks dark red 😂. Also, this reminds me of Indian cuisine ❤. They tend to have stronger immune system compared to our lifestyle and most importantly our diet for very obvious reasons 😉.

    Update yes this did work but it did not sort the root cause after many tests I was put on beconase nasal allergy spray stopped it dead in its tracks dust allergy asthma and found out that some people’s sinus problem are gut related try a Rennie to see if it helps your nose ,sounds weird but could be hernia related As a friend of mine had similar to me and that’s his problem but now mines all clear and wow I had forgotten how to breath. hope everyone finds there cure as could be the simple of things that’s causing it .

    Nidh how many times a day did you drink the apple cider vinegar? When the infection is there you need to drink it 3 times per day for 5 to 7 days and then ween down to 2 times per day for 2 to 3 days and then 1 time per day for another 2 to 3 times per day. It takes more doses to get rid of the infection. That's what I had to do for about 2 weeks this past June. The key is drinking it for 3 times a day for about a week to stop the infection.

      I gargled with strong Himalayian salt & water solution for a strept throat for 30 seconds. I couldn't believe the pain relief I got! MUCH better than regular salt.

    I am trying hot water, teaspoon of rock salt and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. I'm on day two but nothing much has changed. I will pursue for a week or two to see things improve.

      Hi Peter! Maybe switch to using 6-8 oz filtered water with one Tbsp of the apple cider vinegar 3X/day. That actually works pretty quickly.

    I just tried this, and although it seems to work on the sinuses, I also felt a strong burning sensation in the throat and upper lungs, to the point that I had to stop after a couple of minutes of inhalation. Then I googled it and found some people saying that it is dangerous and it can cause serious damage to nose, throat mucus and to the lungs, which matches my experience. I regret trying it, and will never repeat it again.

      I can't answer that question, but I would say that in the future try to buy the ACV that says "with the mother". I just realized this myself. It will be a little cloudy looking or have the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. In fact I just started making my own ACV. super easy. Organic apples or apple scraps, organic sugar and water.... And wait.

    When nasal irigating... like with a nettie pot...instead of using salt...do u think adding a small amount of Apple cider vinegar would work or would that be to harsh and burn🔥

      +David Goldberg, out of desperation I did put a drop of ACV in my nettie pot, with lot of lukewarm sterile water. You cannot do it more than once in a month, as you may have a PH imbalance in your nasal passages.

    Hi, thanks for this video! I have has sinus infections every year, twice a year, for so long with going to the doctor and getting antibiotics that amoxacillin (probably spelling that wrong) just makes it come back worse within a few weeks. So, I'm going to try this apple cider vinegar thing. If I'm doing the apple cider vinegar tea, do you know how much is too much?

    • @tonysoprano9370
      @tonysoprano9370 5 лет назад +2

      Karla PS antibiotics destroy all your good gut bacteria. This will lead to poor digestion and nutrients absorption. Then the nutrients that your nasal cavities need to stay moist and healthy are not there. Healthy gut = healthy sinuses
