Headaches happen. Sometimes it's the weather, sometimes it's genetics. In Chinese meridian theory, most headaches are brought on due to an imbalance in the Liver, Gallbladder or Bladder meridians so in this practice we focus on those meridians to help bring them back to balance. Hello Rubeena, yes lemon water actually helps balance the bodies PH. I had a very acidic stomach but with daily lemon water my stomach is very comfortable. Lemon water also helps clear the body of toxins, keep the kidneys healthy, and heal as the big dose of Vitamin C is used for healing and repair. Every Yin & Restorative practice is for inflammation as we turn inwards, soften, release, breath and center. Because these practices are so releasing, our bodies automatically come into rest and digest mode which is anti-inflammatory. I would also suggest an Ayurvedic diet to balance your body more as well as drinking golden milk every day as it works wonders for healing and reducing inflammation throughout the body. Good morning! There are many causes of tinnitus from hormones to injury and more. Because of this, no one class would help without a specific analysis by a Chinese Medicine doctor. However, I would recommend (since we don't know the cause) trying to practice several of the full meridian balancing practices as a start. These could help bring the meridians back into balance. Hello - you can take easy seated pose (criss cross legs) and take all of these or even Square pose. Another option is to do this pose with the bottom leg outstretched and the top one crossed over as far as you can get it (use a block under the knee if you need support there). Thanks for joining me! What does it mean if I’m deer pose I cant stay even remotely centered on one side? Is it my hip flexor needs more opening on that side of what? When I have my right leg back, I cant get my hip to touch the ground and I’m so far over to the left that it essentially turns into a side body stretch for the right side.
It could be a lot of things from tension in the muscles in the hip area inner or outer, bone structure, positioning. Without seeing your pose, working through other poses and working with you directly - I really cannot say what it might be for you specifically. I do have a Deer Pose tutorial on the channel if you want to check out some modifications and propping on there to try them and see if any of them help you find a sustainable Deer Pose for your practice. Nice practice! My headache was pretty much gone near the middle mark. I did however have trouble hearing at time, and I had my volume at a good level, perhaps a second sound pickup in another area of the room? and I felt you spoke a tad too fast, I had to rewind a couple of times to follow directions into a pose. Thanks though!
