Thanks for the succinct but comprehensive introduction tutorial. It really gets one dreaming about playing a Stealth!
Impressive communicator!
Just got. I enjoy today and will work my way through these settings. Thanks for your clarity.
Such a great vid. I just got fitted and ended up stealth plus and hzrdus 70 rdx black. Slight fade bias settings.
Golfbidder, Thank you for this most informative and helpful video. I just purchased a Stealth + driver to replace my TM M6 model that I've had for 4 years. It was time to add TM technology. This video I will refer to make any adjustments necessary going forward.
Fantastic explanation, thank you
Great instruction.
great video
I understand how shifting the weight changes from a draw to fade, but how does rotating a round shaft to a different position affect the loft etc? It seems like the head would remain the same. What is the difference between rotating the shaft inside the head vs just rotating the shaft in your grip? Thanks for someone explaining
Excellent explanation! I just set mine to 12.5 deg as I have a hard time getting height. My swing speed is low or I am hitting down on the ball or both.
I have a heavy slice, whilst I know I need to work on swing too, if I set the loft higher and the weight all the way to draw, will this counteract some of the slice?
Well done
Loved you on Cash Cab
I have just bought a stealth hd after a fitting and I just don’t feel comfortable with it in fact I’m struggling it’s set to - •75 that’s one click towards a lower setting is that correct
Can you adjust the loft without opening/closing the face?
Is the stealth a light driver? What is the club head weight, I assume around 200grams
Good video. Sorry if I missed it during. But I cannot find anywhere online what the taylormade carbon 3 wood shaft tip size is. I’m buying a velocore shaft for it but since it doesn’t have an adapter I need to know tip size. No one knows some how. I do know the driver tip is a .335 usually always is but the new 3 wood I haven’t got a clue.
Sorry for the rant but does anyone know? Thanks in advance
Thank you for this really detailed explanation! Just got my Stealth 10.5 and it was set at 12.0 or 13.0 degrees. Immediately turned it back to 10.5. Can you talk about different shafts for Women on this Stealth club please..Great present or!!
What do you mean it was set 12.0 ?
Does anyone know if there are address pictures of the head in the open and closed positions? I was hoping this video would show what the head looks like in each position, but it doesn’t. :/
Excellent presentation. From how to use the adaptor to the different lofts. 👏👏👏
Thank you. I bought the standard stealth and the shop guy made me believe I need to reduce spin and therefore reduce loft to 9°. Bought it and come next day on the range I couldn't understand why I kept having fades all of a sudden. I adjusted my grip to counter that but lost the feel for my swing altogether. That dang annoyed me heavily and lost confidence in the stealth. I now know what happened, got it back to 10.5°. I hope I can find my swing feel again.
When you do that baby bombs. Beat driver I've ever owned by far. Use your slide weight in combination with your lie adjustment, you can use one to counter the other, lowering spin, and getting a draw bias back.
The tool comes with the stealth?
Yes it does
Anyone else find it annoying that you can't adjust taylormade drivers with align grips because then they'll get twisted around
Are these adaptors compatible with the M6 and sim adaptors?
TaylorMade has been using the same adapter for a few years now.
@@Golfbidder oh great to know. Thank you!
I really need a driver fitting.
So is that a rule violation, to adjust the club during a round?
Only in a real tournament setting like a State or USGA event. Playing with your buddies do whatever you want. Don’t know about weekend club tournaments. Check w ur pro on the local rules he has in effect.
just tell your buddies you hear some dirt rattling inside of it, take the head off, shake it, then put the head back on using a different setting to bend it around that tree on the dogleg left. hehehehe.
You cannot change/alter a club during around. Remember it's an honors game.
is it set by the regulation that players cannot set driver's configuration during the game?
Nice info
Why is every reviewer from England. Did I miss something
That's actually an Irish accent
You have just offended every single Irish person that ever lived.
@@chrismortimer6608 haha we are used to it by now!
? ???????
Your upright morion with the club is wrong bud. Toe up would be upright. Sheesh. Spreading false information.
