I like the leg movement of Hwoarang in Tekken 8 which somehow looks like something Jean-Claude Van Damme would've done in his early days. Perfect kick moves for sure! 🔥🔥👌

I hope they make an Asuka trailer, she's my favorite Tekken character and my main.
Tekken has always had the sparks and flames on hits, it's my favorite thing about the series.

"Hwoarang" is a very hard name to pronounce to english speakers. So when Hwoarang debuted globally in Tekken 3, english speakers just started calling the character "Blood Talon" because his most signature attack was called "Hunting Hawk". But that's just been a fan nick name for 2 decades, this trailer was the first time Bandai Namco made the name canon

Honestly, Hwarang is based on real Taekwondo. His skills are the most practical techniques that can be used in real matches among all the characters.

@@llllIIllIIlll All his moves are doable though. Except the gravity defying double and triple air kicks, but that's it. Probably not the most practically for a real world fight though unless you just like stylin' on people.

But let's be honest here, Rig from Dead or Alive 5 and 6 still has the more fluent TeaKwonDo moves I've ever seen in a fighting game and the new Hwoarang in Tekken 8 is getting near that.
