FF7 REMAKE SEPHIROTH HARD NO DAMAGE, a little challenge for myself, doing all the bosses without materias if possible and if not, doing it without taking damage. This challenge is very fun as it helps me get used to all the characters and get better at the game. Hope you enjoyed and if so consider subscribing!

Thanks! Yeah well it only negate physical damage, so some of his attacks (Like firaga or aoelian) will still damage you, so you have to find ways to get around that :P

You made it look so easy. I had 2 sleepless nights because of him. Aerith dodged 1 winged angel and healed my team up, then I messed Seph up with Cloud. :)

I'm literally shaking, i finally did it. A few tweaks to the set up, add atb boost to aerith that'll give her two blizzagas to use while you chip away with cloud, i also took out skill master for atb block since i wasn't going for no damage and just needed more atb. Thank you for the awesome strat

I can see the convoluted story not being for everyone, but I enjoyed it
It’s mostly just story. Yes there’s other things but story is where it got controversial
The only thing I didn't like was it didn't include the ENTIRE story. Otherwise this game looks great, I plan to play myself, just finishing up the OG first.

U havent even finished OG, so in you own words, didnt start REMAKE yet, but the fact that they didnt include the whole story is what makes you dislike it... theres so much stupidity in this statement its kind of fucking insane. This game is FUCKING AMAZING snubbed for game of the year
I was inspired to try this strategy but it was a royal pain in the ass that every retry meant i needed to reassign materia! Wasted so much time. Failed several times but the one attempt I got to the point where the 3rd member joined I won the fight but with 2 differences; first I forgot to switch Aerith’ s limit (had Healing Wind instead) and the other problem was I had Barret instead of Tifa which was surprising but extremely annoying because I switched out many materias out of him and he had many missing stuff. I was too invested in the fight at this stage and so decided to just wing it. It wasn’t elegant but managed it in the end. Thanks anyway for the strategy. Advice to others attempting this, do take this into account when considering what materia you use for the first battle - can save you loads of time.

Finished hard blind yesterday and was sad I didn't know of a way to make sure I'd get Aerith on team. Ended up being a close win, but seeing this I could def do it more easily with little more practice.

I love this final boss level I got to this part and didn’t know if I’d beat it at first but I did really good on it and was proud❤️ and then I tried again a second time and I think for some reason I found it easier i don’t know if you all find this level hard or just me? 🤷🏻
God damn, dude. And here I was struggling to beat him on hard mode. Finally did it after 6 tries.

thank you for showing this strategy. No issue occur until third phase. Did some extra work to push him into final phase. And in final phase my cloud’s limit break was canceled by Bahamut’s disappearance attack😂 I summon him in third phase. spend that limit for nothing. But still manage to beat him in 2 try.
One of my favorite things about No Damage fights is not only how to dodge attacks, but counter them AND swiftly bring down a tough boss.
Anyway, this is the fastest I've seen anyone beat Sephiroth. Nice!

I've been trying this fight all last night and I'm pretty good through phase 2 but once phase 3 fights I get absolutely destroyed. I can't get him pressured and once his attacks land I'm literally out
you are using aerith lb ?
@@MasterslayerIX yeah. I have her do planet protection right at the start of phase 2
my best advice for phase 3 is to use a lot of magic and darks souls roll and use punisher mode for parrys cuz he gets really spammy and when does the divine thing just try not to get hit

tried this method yesterday but sephiroth caught me slipping. good guide, but kind of hard to follow because you have the quick attack things set up.. i will keep trying tho.

What materias you recomend instead Refocus? nice video bro 👌🏼
If you are going for a no damage, I dont recommend anything else since you dont need other materias and refocus gives a lot of stats. but if you just want to beat it, heals and revive would be kind of useful
I've tried the exact method shown here, with the same materia, dodging firaga, using blizzara and then hitting a single strike, and it fails every single time. It's a great video, just frustrating that it's not working for me lol.
Hmm idk what to tell you, maybe the timing of your single strike is off? Hes only vulnerable for a fraction of second so you got to make sure to hit him with your sword just before the blizara explode
@@MasterslayerIX You were right, I'm getting past this bit easier now, my issue now is he always does an air attack once Aerith Joins the party, and Cloud ends up dying. I got up to the second last stage after using self destruct with Tifa, and using her limit break. Almost staggered him to trigger his final sequence, but he killed me lol. Most annoyed I've been so far because Cloud had a limit break that would have finished him off! 😂

@@MasterslayerIX Can finally get to the bit where Tifa joins now with no to minimal damage. As soon as he does infusion however, and I've cast Blizzaga with Aerith and Cloud & attacked with Tifa, it doesn't pressure him? Any tips on how to initiate pressure on him? If I can do that like shown here, I know I can do it. I'm getting better, thanks in part to your video, so I've subscribed to your channel!

Thanks! Yeah you are allowed but you have to change all the materias everytime you do an attempt because ir doesnt save, so I went in the whisper fight with the materia that you see. I use counterstance a lot aswell as barret as healer and aerith limit for the second part of the fights and managed to get past it pretty easily that way :p
Yes, but they return back to the same materia and equipment you had before everytime you restart the fight, incredibly annoying.

Fight kinda makes me sad. It's so good but at the same time, by giving everyone special story interventions Cloud just doesn't feel as good as he used to.

How you refill so much staggered?
Hi bro, I tried your method but Seph doesn't stagger after being casted Blizzara in the first phase; I have to counter and focusthrust him at least two times. Is there anything special you had done?
You need to do a single strike with cloud, it will put him off balace for approx .5sec

I did this fight on hard max level max weapon and all items in the game. He was tough for me too at normal the first few times. Keep it up buddy. 👊🎮

@@glaive616 Well if you did, you would be aware at this time that without aerith's invul, it wouldnt be possible to do no damage. Even with the invul no damage on sephiroth is incredibly difficult to pull off

@@MasterslayerIX manage to finish him off without that item and with aerith only having 4.5k max HP and no planet's protection limit...I also stack 4x Hp up on cloud giving me 9.6k hp. I honestly cant believe I beat him
