The small amounts of damage I took is from the unavoidable chopper damage that even shots you during cutscenes so yeah I actually took 0 damage from Reno and Rude during this fight. And believe me i tried 1000 ways of not getting hit by the chopper, but no matter what I do it always shoots me during the transition from phase 1 to phase 2. Hope you will enjoy regardless of that small detail :)
I know this is 9 months old now but MaliceNx did no damage Reno & Rude on his FFVII remake boss rush video without getting hit by the chopper. He did this by pushing each phase before chopper got a chance to attack. Pretty cool video nonetheless!
My god it took like 100 tries to not get hit by that during phase one. Not worth it. Eventually managed to once not get hit during the phase or the transition, but I think it’s largely RNG. The one time I did the whole fight without any damage I had my camera focused on the chopper and forced it to try to shoot Tifa, who was spamming focused strike deadly dodge on the opposite side of Reno as the other characters. Barret has synergy ice so when it was about time for a transition I just made everybody book away from him so the chopper didn’t hit lol
@@AM-yc3wv really isn’t worth the effort though, when you get to the point where you take no damage, then the chopper hits you in the transition, it’s the worst feeling
The flawless dodges of Rude's attacks while you Chi Trap loop Reno was awesome. I told myself there's no way anyone can no-damage this fight because of how chaotic it is dealing with both these guys at once but here you are showing how it's done with no materia and limit break restrictions no less. Awesome work
There should be a reward for zero MP no damage achievements. I just got platinum trophy on the game and I don’t even know that Chi trap is powerful against the Turks Duo. Well done!
I try the no damage too but same as you nothing can do to avoid the chopper damage. I try so many way to dodge the shot but impossible to find out a consistently way except of luck Ps: GG for you video
Yeah this mechanic rly suck, but ehh i can live with the few dislike or people calling it no damage because of a unavoidable mechanics, good luck on your no damage :) PS: Chip trap op!
Impressive! I saw one person no damage these two bosses on hard mode, but it was not done without materia. Not sure how he avoided the helicopter damage. What is the next challenge for you? How about hard mode boss kill with Enfeeblement Rings on all characters? Lol. Keep up the great work!
Nice one. Why don't you try to play Normal (Start new game + speed run) with fresh level character and Materia + Not using items (like hard) It is more challenging than Hard (with those Max Level, Max Materia, Max Weapon Upgrade, All weapon abilities). There are so many Hard No Damage in RUclips, but none Normal No Damage + No Item.
