    Omega 3s are fantastic (most particularly, O3s with DHA), they’re heart healthy, food for the brain, and are anti-inflammatory in nature.

    Foods for super IQ
    1. Most shellfish boost your Brian power but shrimp are the winners because it packs in a ton of omega 3, iodine, selenium, b12 and choline
    2. Al Fish is good for the Brain in general
    3. Eggs are good source of choline, selenium, iodine and b12

      magic mushrooms just help you develop the capacity for more neuron transmission ie; through your own inimitable experience one can increase their ability to learn, or have strong roads for neurons to fire. the body itself has the ability to create and move electric signals to its extremities, and through repetition one can think and process kinestic movements. sometimes during mushrooms "trips" aka your time affected by mushrooms. you might do many things, and your experience might feel altered from there on out.

    If you’re a true genius, you would know about the massive natural toxins in avocados, Olive oil, broccoli, etc.
    Just research them for yourself. Don’t just believe everything your favorite RUclipsr says.

    I eat 2 eggs a day
    PeaNUTs
    Green Leafy Veg
    Milkfish and any other fish (but couldnt afford tuna, sardines, macakrel)
    Is it fine?

      Sometimes a bit of carbs help.. go for whole grain bread or rolled oats or brown rice.. small amount, not too much.. depends on your age and activity level as well..
      Try to change peanuts to almonds, they're for brain..
      Always drink water or milk(if you didnt eat enough protein)..

      Yes, I've been taking oatmeal as breakfast since nursery.
      I used to take almonds and walnuts two years ago, and I'd say they're the best!
      Unfortunately, we couldn't afford them anymore, together with brown rice.

    I think I'm having memory loss. I'm 18. I can't remember some of my friends's names. Sometimes I remember the names but forget how they looked. Most times I forget what we discussed about.
    I'm worried about my mental health. I have to study a lot. I've my life's goal to achieve.
    Should I see a doctor?

      i mean evaluate yourself first before seeing a doctor as theyre not trained in nutrition or mental health, both of which are closely interlinked. Ask yourself r u getting 9-10 hours of sleep, r u overconsuming carbohydrates thatll definitely cause brainfog and memory issues, have u had a head trauma in the past month, are u eating enough fat and getting enough micronutrients too. Id recommend eating a higher fat lower carb diet with 80-100 grams of protein per day with adequate salt/electrolytes and take a morning set of multivitamins after a meal containing fat so the fat soluble vitamins r absorbed. Ideal fat sources would be from red meat, butter, eggs and nuts. these will also provide most of the nutrients for brain function too; choline, ketones (from fat), all essential amino acids as well as magnesium and zinc from different nuts. Avoid/minimise any foods that cause inflammation thatll lead to brainfog and poor cognitive function; simple carbs, seed oils, alcohol etc.

    somehow eggs and red meat arent mentioned despite containing high amounts of choline and it cant be found in plants. Creatine, carnitine and taurine too.

    We need to be trained to meditate your mind because your mind is electric ⚡️ right … Just like we charge the battery’s to our phone we have to charge our brain in order for it to have better energy … We need to be taught about the chakras … Because eating anything BLUE , PURPLE is wonderful for the brain … Meat is used for MUSCLE growth and development also …. Vegatables, but fruit is for the HEALING !

    I'm allergic to fish and shellfish... I eat most of the other things you named but what do I do about the I can't eat fish? My throat swelled up and I can't breathe and if I touch it I get hives all over my body...
