Here in Maine we use dogs a lot to find deer. I don’t know how our laws are with using a drone to find them

what i have noticed DEC is an illegal entity in new york anyway because the hunter shouldn't be able to self search but trying to stop a 3rd party to seach. but if i call friends to help seach woth thermail scopes whats the difference 🤦♂️

never seen so many people mad at recoverying deer no matter how bad of a shot jithing is worst then what nature an predators or westher do to them thee worst shit is more humane then what nature does to most um
It’s funny all these keyboard cowboys sit back and act like they never have a deer run off and they lose them!! All I mean all hunters lose deer. This helps find them y’all just sitting back flopping gums( actual fingers) acting like you make good shots everytime. Don’t worry if you hunt it will come back home to ya!! then you’ll wish you kept them fingers off your phone, because you going want to call a drone to help find that once in a life time buck.
Archery sure is an unethical way to hunt, far to many wounded suffering deer.
I have hunted for over 40 years and all of the bad shots and wounded deer I see makes me sick, I had no idea so many deer are shot so poorly, and can only imagine all of the doe and small bucks that are wounded, and not worth the $500 to recover that are left to rot in the woods. I respect the animals I hunt and these videos are going to turn me into a anti hunter, maybe we should just end bow hunting since it is clearly not the quick clean kill we have been telling people we as hunters make.
I've been archery hunting for over 20 years. I'm disgusted with all the wounded deer I'm seeing. Losing a deer teaches archers to be better, you're not teaching archers to be better.

That is not true bud , the fact of the matter you and well as all other bow hunters have made shots that were not great shots due to the deer duckin, or a limb, nerves , what ever. They are not the same people . These are hunters all over the state , several states as a matter of fact. Can yiu truthful say that you’ve never had one run off and lost him due to blood trail. This is the best thing that could be fir finding wounded deer. I think it’s crappy for some keyboard cowboy to sit back and act like he’s Mr.hunter and never have made a bad shot! Like one guy said if you haven’t , don’t worry you will!!!
I totally back this as well, I’m a huge archery hunter. I feel this has been going on longer then we ever imagined And most likely because of cross bows and people thinking they can shoot well beyond unethical ranges, also for clout and wanting that trophy so bad and not thinking of being ethical. This is exposing a lot of what happens behind what people see.

Practice is paper or foam, doesn’t move, no limb deflection, no buck fever..
I can take paper up but I’m not a great Bowhunter.. its a lifelong continual lesson.

Yeah ban vehicles. You must walk to the woods. No trail cameras. In fact no compound bows. Only bows and arrows you can craft by hand using a rock.
