- Russell Wilson and the Broncos capitulated in the most epic of ways Thursday night, somehow turning a three-point lead with a little over two minutes left in regulation into a 12-9 overtime defeat.
Wilson's performance (or lack thereof) triggered former teammate Richard Sherman who had to relive the traumatic final drive of Super Bowl 49.

No amount of therapy will make Sherman get over those last few seconds. He must still be screaming in his sleep, "Run the ball." LoL!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I feel Rich on this. I damn near cried that day. I just remembered falling back onto the couch and damn felt like I was deaf. I gave that EXACT SAME ANSWER TOO
this play is the best explanation of someone making something easy become hard... you did all the hard work and you just needed to run the ball (easy part) and you just make it harder.. some people just want to make everything harder
"Like, Learn, from your mistakes!"
I feel you too
Richard Sherman's face expression is like if he was back in elementary school and someone took his lunch money LoL
"Run da dang ball" 😂😂 Thats my new joint..
The entire team needed counseling after that. I went from celebrating to screaming wtf within seconds...hands down worst call in Superbowl history.
*Sports History
Its not a bad call, they ran it on first down and lynch got tripped up. Then it was 2nd down and did a pass play, Unfortunately was a pick.
@@tb1215 I'm afraid you're in the minority on that one bud. It was a terrible decision in hindsight. Analytics prove that passing there, and who they passed it to greatly increased to chance of turning the ball over on that play...as opposed to only risking fumbling the snap (1), or Lynch himself fumbling (2). Passing there and to that guy created a litany of other negative outcomes. Even if the pass is tipped that opens up the option for 11 players intercepting the ball....and that's just from one mishap that can take place throwing it there. Sorry bud it was just a bad call...it happens.
@@brianbaylark3889Ofc every passing play has more negative outcomes than a running play but the positive outcomes are greater on a passing play as well. As i stated, they ran the ball on first down and lynch got tripped up by hightower very smart defensive play. Then they had two downs to freely do what they want. Pass or run option which either one is fine on a 2nd down and then no run, or no pass, then they have another down. Patriots were smart and practiced that play which led to a historic INT. Just great defense that won that play not a bad call. If pass is td by seattle narrative changes and everyone thinks caroll is a genius. Thats how narratives work.
@@brianbaylark3889 Oh I also forgot to mention, Marshawn was struggling goal line tds and patriots were already doing a great job at stopping marshawn from short yardage that game.
Marshawn would of just laughed and been like "see this that dumb shit again"😂😂😂

Not a Seahawks fan and i still am not over that call, it still hurts and breaks my brain
Its not even a bad call, in reality collinsworth was just mad patriots won like that and started a narrative on live tv. Run play on 1st down, then u have 2 extra downs anyways so they did a pass play on 2nd and unfortunately was picked. Patriots played better D. If Lockette caught it whole narrative would have changed.
They wouldn’t have scored even if they ran
@@therealspaghetti208even still why would u throw at the 1yd and not just run tf
@@phobia7411 because the game of football is more complicated than “run ball get 1 yard score 100% guaranteed”

He's right though you got Beast mode the ball on the 1 yd line and 1st down. You run the ball 4 times bc no one is gonna stop Marshawn Lynch 4 times.
Hell They wouldnt stop him Twice.....Run the damn ball.
And if they did stop them, nobody would be saying they should pass, easier to live with.
Real shit I would trust Beastmode to get you 1 yard even if you took the entire Oline off the damn field 😓

@hurricaynerayne8559 you can't be that stupid. He's quoting Ryan Fitzpatrick whom said it in sarcasm and the video literally showed us what's he referring to
The broncos were 1 yard away from getting a first down at 4th and 1 to get a chance to beat the colts ,but instead of running the ball for the 1st down Wilson threw an interception against the colts
You can see that moment in his eyes
Shermans facial expression of wtf just happened was my computers wallpaper for years 😂
That was his chances that day to have a ringgg. Damnnnn. He will be in his 80 and still be hsven nightmare snd thought how they should offf run that ball.😂😂😂

It’s sad because we don’t even remember the one they won because the loss was so egregious
They didn't want Lynch to get the Mvp and said nothing at the press conference. 🤣🤣
