I just bought the same kit for my 5 spd 330i. Do you mind shedding some light on how the ccv hoses are rerouted to the sc intake? The instructions from vf might as well have been for a Camaro, as vague and undetailed the description is.

I mean, I've owned four e46's if anyone should've been in that group it should've been me lol but i actually just winged the install and got everything done. The kit just didn't have the belt in it. So I'll be looking at parts stores for a belt that fits.
But basically, I couldn't message you on there even if I wanted to because I'm blocked and can't find the group. I'm in the group e46 owners club now. A more respectful bunch, but definitely not as good of a group
My car is at 92k. I wanna boost it, will my mileage hold me back since the motor is broken in already ? Also I have a 325Ci. & do I have to use their CAI that comes in the kit. No way I can use a SRI?
I'm pretty good at DIYs and do 95% of my car work. If you're comfortable with wrenching, this job in particular is pretty easy. The most challenging part was removing the old injectors (they were a pain to pull out after 12 years).
Well you converted that wrong. 230 crank to 340 crank and 190 WHEEL to 300 WHEEL. Over 100hp gain from something I got used for less than 2k and that's also basically plug and play.

Yea not sure about Cali laws but Mass is pretty strict and I passed no problem each time I went for inspection.

where did you connect the f connector that used to go in the intake boot
that goes to the brake booster
I used a T connector and combined all of the lines together and then hooked that up to the port on the back of the intake.

I did mine at 147k lol. Drove it till 172k and sold it. Still going strong.

how did you get the headlight back on?
I had to modify the headlight so I could relocate the ballast. Once I did that, it slid in like normal

Yea it's an American thing. ZHP was code for the BMW performance package.
