I am 99% sure most of us has played through arcade cyberspace and are probably tired of the camera angles of sonic running through a loop the loop angles on these new levels are a different take
It might be because I unwittingly started the dlc on a hard save file, but holy fuck. I restarted this stage alone like 30 or so times before I pulled this video up. If all the stages pull stuff like this I'm gonna tear my hair out. At least the other characters are playable in the open area which is what I was hoping for in this update. I was worried they'd be stuck in the side scrolling stages.
this level was by FAR the most fun i’ve ever had playing a sonic game. great level design with SO many paths, and how you can use the spin dash here is just EXHILARATING. UGH, most fun i’ve had since unleashed and i’m losing it 🥹

Interresting. I took the same Path, managed to get a 1 33 80. I never used the Soin Dash before, so all the Time im missing is from the last Sektion lol

the obscene amount of upward ramps is nudging players "Hey! Spin dash is unlocked for this DLC for free!!! would you mind.... *USING IT!?!?!?!?* " and for these stages, the game WONT mark your time with a "used spin dash" flag since it's 100 expected.

Man Sonic Frontiers 2 is gonna probably be the greatest 3D Sonic game of all time at this point
As long as they keep what went right and fix some of the edges, especially after update 3, there really is no excuse as to why it wouldn’t be

I didn't know that route existed. Went from a 2:15 PB to a 1:08, I know I can get a 1:05-1:06 though.
