I watched your video this morning and then went to the antique shop today. I found the EXACT same cardboard Santa in the sleigh. In Ontario! I know online when you search them they say Christmas card holder, but the older woman I was in line with said she always saw them filled with candies on the coffee table. She also said they came in different shapes. Hope you can find more to build the collection. ❤
I so wanted one of those radios when I was a kid! I remember drooling over them in in a Sears or Penny’s catalog! ❤️❤️❤️ After you found your green one, I’ve been keeping an eye out for one!!!
Your flea market treasures bring you such joy. Vintage sheets are the best. They just don't make them like they used to. I still have my original haunted house record from when I was a kid in the '70's. You got some great finds!
Wow, you found great vintage at your market!! Thank you for your excellent camera work in showing us all of the vintage abundance. I never see that much vintage Christmas in one market, let alone one booth! Incredible and wonderful! Just love everything you chose.
Doing a Michigan road trip next year in September with my BFF. This show was on our radar, but after watching ur video we will definitely plan around it! Thnx for sharing.
So good to see you, Emily! You always bring the good stuff! I would have purchased that package of toilet paper…so retro. Your blanket is great! Lucky you finding those sheets. Prayers for the cats!
Looove everything you picked up! Especially the Halloween honeycomb pieces and the McCalls magazine🧡 You’ve inspired me to stack my quilts somewhere I can see them too!
Emily it was great to see a new video from you! I feel like it has been so long since the last one and I’m so happy to see you well and enjoying yourself. My favorite items that you purchased were the blue Panasonic radio and the pretty vintage sheets. As a former teenager of the seventies they bring back so many memories 😊. I received that same blue radio on my thirteenth birthday 🎉 and I always thought it was so cool 😎.
The blanket was my fav but the sheets and oven mitts, wow!! I would have bought that sheet set in the package and I collect the glass Pyrex see N stores to use in my pantry and I saw some at one booth. I saw SO many things I liked.
I made an earring holder using an empty picture frame and wire mesh with 1/4 inch squares fitted inside the frame. It can be whatever size you want and you could use a vintage frame. Mine holds a lot of earrings and only takes up room on the wall. It doesn't work for post earrings but I have seen people use loosely woven fabric or little rugs to display post earrings. Love your collection of things from the 60's and 70's. That was the period when I grew up and it brings back memories
What an amazing haul!! Such great prices too!! Love the blanket. And everything else you found!! The kittens are adorable!! So great to see you again!! Thank you for sharing!!❤❤❤
That blanket you showed at the start was SO gorgeous! I would have bought that too. And I love the sweet little Christmas wall hanging someone made, that's so precious. Kitties look like they are settling in nicely too.
Great finds!love the blanket, but my favorite is the Christmas hanging decor you got!love it!! My sister had the green radio u have and I had a white one shaped like a donut.
Aaaaw, the kitties are so sweet! That treadmill moment was hilarious. And, a runaway kitty with a strawberry? I love it! You found some really fun stuff. I have one of those radios. It's red, and doesn't have its chain. I love all of the Halloween goodies! Your wall hanging was probably a kit. I think everyone I knew when I was a kid, in the 70s, had some Christmas felt decor in their house. We did, too.😊
The Christmas wall hanging looks to be a Bucilla sewing/craft kit. My grandmother made many in the 70s and early 80s a Santa door knob cover, hanging toy box Christmas card holder and a tree skirt. They also sold stocking kits too. All lovely with the colors and sequence.
How fun! Thanks for taking us along, so much cuteness! My favorite items at the market were the Dr. Dracula's Living Nightmare poster and the tablecloth under all the wares at 1:36. My favorite things we got were those Gurley candles! Hugs and kisses to the babies post op! 😻🩹😻
Thanks for taking us along to the flea market! My absolute fav is the Pan Am bag! I hv a repro one from when the tv show came out. I've never found a vintage one thrifting. You're kittens are so adorable! I hv a 5 month old black kitten (Salem), and she is always stealing my stuff to play with. Especially my slippers. ❤❤❤
Oh my gosh! So much Halloween and Christmas! We don't get near that out here in the Bay Area. If I see anything at all, the cost is prohibitive and almost always in poor condition. I did have one of those radios and the "card holder" would have had a bottom. I have one just like it that I use as a centerpiece and fill it with vintage ornaments.
Hey Emily so good to see you again! Yes that Santa sleigh is for holding cards. You got some amazing treasures. Oh my gosh all things at this flea marke! I would have gone poor or poorer 😉
Hi Emily!! Aralee here. So nice to "go" with you to the market!! I love so many of the things you got for yourself, particularly the vintage sheets!! 🤩🤩🤩
Emily, I would like to learn more about you. Give me an idea what videos I should find. I am in Grand Rapids and I think you must be nearby as I shop At Burley Park too.
Hi Emily, Is this flea market the last Sunday of the month April-September at the Fairgrounds? I think I've talked my husband into taking a road trip next year. First, we will hit The Heart of Ohio Antique Mall, and the next day we will head to Michigan. Quite a drive from SC, but I think it will be worth it, lol.
I do buy gifts at flea markets and thrift shops 😄 I have better luck thrifting though since it’s a lot cheaper and I don’t spend a lot on gifts. I also shop for them at yard sales. My brother loved the old school Bond movies and I got him a bunch of vintage Bond movie soundtrack records at a yard sale ☺️ Antique shops are good too I got my sister in law a vintage Star Wars mug there that she loved.

Prayers for the cats! Also you got so many lovely things! I would have lost my entire mind at the toy booth.
Doing a Michigan road trip next year in September with my BFF. This show was on our radar, but after watching ur video we will definitely plan around it! Thnx for sharing.
You HAVE to go! Especially the September one it’s the best one of the year 😄
So good to see you, Emily! You always bring the good stuff! I would have purchased that package of toilet paper…so retro. Your blanket is great! Lucky you finding those sheets. Prayers for the cats!
Thank you for the prayers! It was difficult for me to leave the purple toilet paper behind 😂
Looove everything you picked up! Especially the Halloween honeycomb pieces and the McCalls magazine🧡 You’ve inspired me to stack my quilts somewhere I can see them too!
Awwww that’s so wonderful, I hope you have fun stacking your quilts 🤩

Oooooooh how cool you have a red radio! I need to get one in every color that would be so fun. Thanks for watching 😄

Ohhhhh I’ll have to look up those kits! I’d love to buy a kit on eBay and then make something myself, especially the stockings you mentioned 😄
How fun! Thanks for taking us along, so much cuteness! My favorite items at the market were the Dr. Dracula's Living Nightmare poster and the tablecloth under all the wares at 1:36. My favorite things we got were those Gurley candles! Hugs and kisses to the babies post op! 😻🩹😻
Thank you! And I looooved that Dracula poster too 😄

Hi Emily! I had that earring tree in the early 1970s! Sooo happy to see you again!!
NO WAY! That’s so sweet 🥹🥹🥹
So fun - I just want to be there! I saw my Barbie camper from 70s that I still have. Wonder how much they wanted for that!
I love 70s Barbie stuff 🤩🤩🤩
Emily, I would like to learn more about you. Give me an idea what videos I should find. I am in Grand Rapids and I think you must be nearby as I shop At Burley Park too.
What item would you have scooped up at the flea market? 😄
The green glass jars at the top of the screen at 4:35 are my holy grail find.
@@glassblower0009okay now I’m so sad you weren’t there 😭😭😭

I’ve missed you !
💕💕💕
Solid finds! Do you ever gift shop at flea markets? I thrift 90% of my gifts, but I'm looking for new ways to gift items. If that makes sense?
