    Thank you for showing all the steps! I have this recipe, however I've never seen it prepared. This was exactly what I needed to encourage me to make this for my family.

    You are suppose to slice the banana peels before boiling. They cook better and much easier to peel.

      Primero hierves las mollejas, por como dos horas, hasta que estén tiernas. Luego, una vez que las mollejas estén tiernas, picalas en rodajas finas y luego agréguelas a las cebollas y los guineos y déjelas marinar.

    Jeff, if you remove the skin from the bananas before you cook them they will taste better, no bitter flavor at all.
