- Few older pics of my one year build of my 73 dodge D100. From frame to cruiser. Along with a vintage bagged camper. Using accuair, slam specialties bags and a powerdyne supercharger on a 99 5.9 magnum with 46re trans.

Incredible. I’ve had this idea brewing for years. Bagged campers and mini homes that is. Not dragging them but this is awesome
I owned one of these in the late 80's, when I was in college at NAU in Flagstaff. '73 Dodge D100, 318, long bed. It was even the same color, but it had a lot of superficial rust [patina]. God, but I miss that truck. In many ways, it was the best vehicle I ever owned.
Off the hook!! Camper throwing sparks! First in the world. EPIC JOB...
Seen a short camper similar to that one setting close to my town the other day...
Love seeing Tin Grills on you tube you don't see many!! Awesome Job. I have a 72 D100. Keep the videos coming,
I’ve got 3 on the go, I’ll do my best to put videos together.
5:29 way to start a fire homie Jesus Christ!
I LOVE IT!!!! I LOVE HOMEBUILT HOT RODS!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
Sick build
Damn dude I love that truck. I’ve got a 75D 100 short bed I don’t want it that low but damn nice job.
That’s the one thing I love about the d- series trucks. They look a good at any height. I love driving a nice static dropped 2wd
wow this this is amazing!
Wow, thats a sweet ride
Freaking awesome that truck...
Que chulada de camioneta, muchas felicidades al propietario.
I want to do mine like that. Got a '73 short box club cab 3 speed manual.
Some love to the body and some mopar cop wheels and hubcaps and we're good
Whattt!! 😎 that’s sweeet
Good for you .!!!!
I love the wheels and tires not really a fan of lowered or bagged trucks or cars I just do like bagged vehicles
nice truck like to see a hard pull off the line instead of all the power braking i am running a 74 MH 440 - 3 / torker intake 850 thermoquad dual exhaust /load flight 3 speed / 8 3/4 3.55 sure grip in a 73 D 100 club cab long box pulls hard off the line and just keeps pulling
This truck is a bit of a dog off the line, it wasn’t built to go fast at all. There is another video posted of the truck running at the track.
Bowed you do the trailer 💪
Just a simple 2 link with a drop axle.
Did you have trouble with your suspension geometry?
Muy bonita tu dadge
Love the truck and do you by chance have any pics of the front end with the bag setup
I don’t have anything recent and plan to redo the front suspension. I’ve learned a lot since I built it and want to change a lot.
Yeah
Got a 76 and the geometry isn’t working
nice
Thanks
I love the truck but please be careful with throwing sparks around Brown fields lol
Amigos tengo una C100 del 78 y no encuentro la ubicación del cerial del chacis kien me puede dar información
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey man sweet truck, i just bought an 86 150, what ll did you use for the suspension setup?
Modified the stock upper and lower arms. With slam specialties re7’s up front and built a wishbone style 3 link in the rear with slam re8’s. I’m using accuair e•level for management. Frame was Z’d 2” also.
What size tires are those? I'm building an 88 and those look perfect!
Front are 235/70r15 and the rears are 275/60r15
Siiick
What gauges are those? Very nice build!
I took apart a second gen ram cluster and made my own out of them.
@Maddog worker I think I just ordered it off Amazon, if I remember correctly
Dumb question, but what wheels were on the truck at 4:11 of the video?
Those are just steelies without the hub caps
Where did you get the wheels from
They were just on the parts truck i bought. I think the rears are off an old power wagon.
👍😎👍
I had a79 I believe had the same intention but it was long bed looked for videos on how to convert to short bed but it was stolen never found it 😭
That’s awful. We have had a run with recent attempted thefts. Hopefully you can track down another truck worth saving !
This one was actually always a short bed but I cut the box sides off the blue long bed and poorly put them on my short bed.
I cant believe its not butter⬇️
I see two trucks what happened to the first one?
Same truck, the yellow cab was pretty rusty, and rather than painting the truck I found a donor truck and cut the box sides down and welded them to the short bed.
@@moparmuscle123 I guess I’m confused. All your pictures of tunnel mods etc.. are of the blu cab truck? So that can’t possibly be the yellow ones cab. I like the build I like the video too. Just curious what happened to the yellow truck and frame motor etc...0
@@andrewburt7900 the yellow cab was too rusty to bother repairing. So it went to scrap. This truck is a mixture of 3 trucks. Frame is not original to either of the trucks. I had the frame sitting for years, then I bought the yellow truck for the mint grill and tailgate. I used it for one summer slapped together then the following winter I scrapped the yellow cab and used the blue trucks body parts and cab to have a truck that was one colour without having to paint it.
@@moparmuscle123 got ya. I’m sorry it went to scrap. They sell whole floors rocker panels and cab corners etc.. on eBay pretty cheap. I don’t know where you’re located but if I was within a few hours of you I would have happily paid more than scrap for it. Hate to see these old trucks going away
@@andrewburt7900 the truck sat in a slough, I don’t send things to the scrapyard unless they are way too far gone. I kept everything that was good. Only the cab itself was scrapped.
Quedo bien fea la camioneta se va arrastrando, por las llantas que están muy sumidas
No sirve ni para pasar un tope se arrastra mucho pero por la ignorancia del dueño, pobre camioneta la amolaron
How disrespectful of a nice ride, not sure why everyone wants to do a burnout in a truck, it takes about 75 hp to roast tires, so old news, this entire build and video, outdated!
I’m not even going to give a thumbs down, doesn’t deserve it
Well, you managed to ruin a good 4X4!!!
Sick build
