Getting a bug on the demo that skyrockets my CPU to 85% and causes crackling..I have an i-713700kf and 32GB of RAM. I should more than enough meet the requirements :(

@@Audionautic nah. I instead picked up BEAM from Lunacy Audio and Immersive Blackhole from Eventide. Pretty interesting stuff.

I'm with you guys on this, when they released this vst, it blew me away they are charging THAT much for it. If they charged $80-100 that might make more sense and be acceptable. Thanks for the vid!

For real, it’s a bit ridiculous and the lack of any upgrade path for existing big sky pedal owners is bothersome as well. That being said it’s still those lovely sounds now readily available in a DAW.

the vst version i've noticed is abit different in quality // such as the audio interface your also using, if you could adjust levels on the interface + the hardware.. I see it being more useful , especially if your into purchasing other pieces of hardware anyway
I like the moog mavis :) but having the proper reverb really brings out the sound (tried it with the vst) but didn't have a ligit experience worth keeping :P yet the pedal is amazing

Very interesting. It would be awesome if there was more connection between plugin & VST, and some sort of discount for hardware owners... but I don't believe that's the case unless they've changed that since the time of this video. Either way, the pedal is incredibly powerful and I'd assume the VST has it's benefits as well aside from the high cost.
