    Should be noted that you can change that horrible toy indicator noise by holding the right indicator for 2 seconds, then holding the left indicator for 2 seconds to cycle along a number of sounds.

      Is this for all Niu bikes?

      I've personally done it on the M+ and N-GT. This feature seems like a simple software change so I see no reason for NIU not to (retroactively) add them to other models.
      The feature might be region-specific though so it would be worth it to try if this works at a dealer before buying. I did it on European models.

      You should do a video on the steps for that, I tried it on my 2022 MQI+ Sport and it did not work.

    Very nice review. You mentioned this can be carried on a caravan, would it fit on a normal bike rack on a motorhome? Or would it need a special rack? Thanks!

      The weight without a battery is 64KG so your rack needs to be able to support that weight

    How do you think this bike would manage with two people of 80 kgs each? ie uphill, battery range etc? Just an educated guess please, Thanks

      It obviously depends on the hill but if you consider that 1200w is equivalent to ~1.5hp then that might give you some idea

    In NIU:s website they say it has 1400 watts of rated power.

    • @GreenMopeds
      @GreenMopeds  5 лет назад +1

      There are numerous ways of specifying power. Base, Max and Rated. Rated power means continuous power for a set period of time. Its what appears on the V5

      Yes they are equivalent to a 50cc moped and you do need a license (AM or p).

    Can these be unlocked go faster or is there controller upgrade

    • @GreenMopeds
      @GreenMopeds  4 года назад

      If you do that it will void the warranty but if that's ok then there are aftermarket controllers you can get from China

    Does the Mqi+ sport or the nqi sport (n1s) have the higher range?
