Erika, I live very far away from you in the south of Africa. But it's great watching you try something new by yourself. I guess I would have taken the baked chocolate part and bought custard to pour over it and enjoy it as a dessert. That wasn't REALLY a failure. I failed baking or cooking a lot of times to the point that the food can’t be eaten. However, I do not quit, I cook again to achieve the perfect taste. Part of developing cooking/baking skills is learning from your past failures. Experienced cooks were not born experts in one day.

I'd like to make two unprompted suggestions for your channel: 1 - do long plays of Skyrim (or Minecraft, but Skyrim is more fun) and, for learning, 2 - how about learning how to code/program? If so, I'd suggest either HTML/CSS/JavaScript or C# / Java for starters, but staying away from Python, C++ or C. It's fun, it would help develop several fields (and profitable ones) and you'd attract a lot of viewers, plus become an incentive for women to code!

That’s an awesome starting point. You don’t need to have path yet. That’s a social construction. Take a year or two and invest in your self care: work, read, travel, work, met good people, experience things, invest in your mental and physical health . And then; strive to find your path and act responsibly. Avoid drugs and alcohol (they’re the same sh*t), and toxic people. We live in a world that glorifies drugs. That’s the dumbest self destructive waste of time ever. Move towards the light.

If at 22 years old you choose the wrong career then it can mess up the whole rest of your life because every subsequent employer asks for what speciality your previous work experience was in. The catch-22 stage. It's scary being your age for that reason.
Since you're determined to learn how to cook, you might enjoy a Netflix series called "Fermat's Cuisine" about a failed math student who becomes an apprentice to a famous chef. Great characters, but interesting because they really go into how the way you cook and flavor a food really affects the taste in ways you might not be expecting.
