Great review! I hear you on yema's customer service. There is a bit of room for improvement as they switch from being a micro brand to a brand. As an owner of a navygraff though, I can tell you with an absolute certainty that they build damn good watches with some of the best design and specifications going. You have to stay on them sometimes, but it is worth the pain.😀
1 month turnaround is not too bad. When you send a Breitling, Omega or Rolex, they take a while. About 4 weeks plus. Pity about the case. Haven’t had any issues with my Yema. I hope they get it together. Nice watches.
They really are nice watches. I was using this a little test as I was planning on buying a superman from them but that won't be happening now thanks to the awful service. But there's always the pre owned market. Appreciate you watching

For a BIG company, Citizens customer service is excellent. Only ever had to deal with them once, many moons ago, but they were superb. You'd think that a smaller company such as Yema would try and be more helpful. Shame as the watch looks really nice.
Never needed to contact them myself but that is really reassuring to hear. And it is a shame as they make good watches, but they've clearly got their priorities a bit messed up. Thanks for watching
Being a customer means one thing, you get a product for money, your money. Fair enough shouldn't be in your thoughts, you should demand and feel no shame about it as they had no shame receiving your money and on top of that provided you with a flawed item. They responded to the public message - Instagram but ignored the email, that says a lot.
