Leg stretching is most important for stamina. I put one of my leg at the table while standing, and bend forward for 5 minutes, it gives me a good stretch. Then repeat the same for the second leg. Other good exercises are planks, squats, frog pose, and glute bridge exercise. These exercises for half an hour made significant difference within a couple of weeks.
I decided to break this down until I can practice the routine without watching the video. I thought I would post this because it may be helpful to someone. Practice 3-5 times a week. (Mon. Wed. Fri. Sat. & Sun) 1:12 Cat Cow ( 5 Reps) - Hold each pose's end range for 2 breaths, 3-4 secs. Breath out to cat spine. Cat spine is a scoop sensation. Pull in low abs. 1:27 Kneeling Pelvic Tilt ( 10 Reps each side) - Half kneeling position each leg (blanket under knee.) Arch back and tuck tail under. Flow back and forth and scoop. Breath out for cat spine. 5:28 Saddle Squat ( 15 Reps) - Stand knees apart, feet wide, toes pointed out, sink straight down. Knees track out over toes. Come up and down. As you come up lift pelvic floor muscles to activate, but not kegels. Breath out as you come up. (Like sliding up a wall) Don't let back arch. 7:09 Squat Scoops (10 Reps) Bring feet forward about 45 degrees. 2 scoops and then stand up. 8:07 Isolated Kegels (10 Reps) Release your toes and feet. lift toes off the ground and spread them out and then let them relax into the floor. Pull in and lift pelvic floor muscles (Kegel) Make sure to completely release and let go. 10:01 Lion's Breath (5 Reps) Wide leg squat, bend knees, hands on thighs, stick tongue out and breath out. Make a sound with the throat and mouth breathing out and then come up. Then shake it out and roll shoulders back. 10:43 Malasana / Garland Pose (5 Kegel Reps) Take a couple stretches with bum up to the ceiling. Toes turned out to the site. Then sit down into a deep squat. Stay lifted with a straight back. Arms are in inner thighs. Toes and knees track out. Tighten and then full release. Hold last one for 10 secs and fully release. 12:08 Stir the Pot Swirls the knees in both directions. 12:31 Frog Stretch Hold onto ankles. Breath deeply into the perineum and let go in relaxation.
For anybody complaining about the price of this 3 month program ($500) It is money well spent! you can't put a price on your health and these people put a lot of time and dedication into their exercise videos to help others and really 500 bucks isn't much to fix something that can literally make your life quality go from a 10 to a 2 and suffer for 15 years like I did. I have noticed my symptoms getting better and I am only 9 days into the 3 month course I look forward to completing it and getting my life back and being able to be myself! Thank you so much ❤ - Pete

is it ok that I can do this exercise only if I switch release and scoop?! when I do the cowspine i tend to lift the pelvic floor and viceversa. Same thing happen when I exhale I tend to release the pelvic floor and lift it when I take the breath....If I focus on doing it the right way is extremely hard

You're mobilizing your pelvic floor during most of these exercises, so for example, whenever your scoop your pelvis (the pelvic tilt) you want to lift your pelvic floor muscles (do a kegel) as you tuck under. Then relax the pelvic floor as you release the pelvic tilt. Hope that makes sense!
Yes, you should definitely still have hope! It takes time to see change. Are you working with your physical therapist on relaxation and release, just as much as strengthening? It's essential to focus on both the contraction phase, and the "letting go." Keep going. You've got this!
Although these moves are great for strengthening, they can also help with pain relief as long as you go slow and monitor your symptoms. If you ever feel like it's too much, just back off and do some stretching instead. I hope you'll give it a try!

No issues with erections but my man yogurt doesn't quite shoot out with the force that it did when I was younger (46 now.) Will Kegels help with that? Basically I'd like to be able to shoot it hard enough to put a dent in the drywall. Any advice?

Is there anything you can do before sex to get strengthen your pelvic walls, my husband and I have been having trouble in that area.
I recommend working with a pelvic floor PT. In the meantime, you can check my videos for better sex :)
