    At the beginning of the challenge I couldn't do a side plank AT ALL, was so frustrating to keep falling and not being able to do the exercise properly, but now, on day 13 I can do the side plank exercises!!! Wooohooo 🤸🏻💕 Thank you Chloeeee!

    I just want to say for anyone feeling discouraged at all, just keep going!! No matter if you miss 1 day or even 15 days just get back onto it. I didnt believe in consistency over intensity but it really works. If you keep going, working out goes from a task to just a part of your daily routine.
    Remember rest days are completely fine :> and you dont even need to change your diet (that can come later). Just keep going you've got this!! Someday or week it will just click and the idea of working out will make you motivated.
    Also try and move away from JUST loosing weight, workout to feel healthy and get a good routine. The differences will come but if your too focused on seeing a difference you will become sad quickly.

    People often say “weightloss is 70% diet and 30%excercise “ maybe yes but atleast start with the 30% FIRST! And then worry about the rest. If you are consistent on your 30 % then you will see results which will make you addicted to fitness . SO START YOUR 30 percent NOW!

      You know I used to diet a lot and I used zero oil cooking but I saw no results until I start the workout

      Weightloss is not even about "diet". It's about not eating over your daily calories. So normaly ist would be good, if you just start to eat better. Don't do softdrinks, stop you from eating to many donuts and stuff. But don't force yourself to eat no sweets.
      You really don't need to work out to lose weight but it is much more healthy! ❤

    Today was a hard one for me, I weighed myself this morning and i gained a little weight back kinda lost motivation which normally made me quit work outing for a little while but not today, I forced myself to continue today and I’m so proud of myself. I have to keep reminding myself that I’m doing great and my body is perfect, and to just keep pushing through, my weight doesn’t define my worth and it doesn’t mean I’m not trying and not working hard enough.

      Girl, keep going you've got this! I'm on day 12 today of her 2023 program and I don't see much of a difference. But I feel a need not to give up, and you shouldn't either. Do not get discouraged because the fact that you haven't quit already goes to show you are strong which will be more important than the other things sometimes. Good job for pushing through the hard times to get to the good. You inspired me so much. Thanks😝😄😉

      Weight is also a bad scale for workout processes because it‘s very inconsistent and if you weigh more in the morning it could just be that your body is storing water or you just ate. Gaining weight while training is also normal because muscles weigh more than fat. So if you weigh a little more it could even be a reason to celebrate because your body just transformed fat into muscle! If you say your weight doesn’t define your worth, you‘re damn right! If you feel good or you look better or you have more or you managed to do one exercise more than the last day - those are the reasonable scales to measure by.

      Sometimes the weight your gaining back is muscle!!! Its something to be proud of!! And even if its not so what if you had a little sugar. Or a little bit of something you like! Its completely okay!

    I am doing the 2023 weight loss challenge (I know I am late) but I just wanted to say: don’t fought yourself and just go with the flow and trust the process… at the beginning I thought I could never ever do this workout without pausing it, but today I did it!!! Yay!!! 😀 and I am so happy (and proud of myself) that I didn’t listen to my mind cuz it tells me to stop as soon as I am close to get out of my comfort zone… so don’t listen to your mind, listen to your body❤

    I would just like to say that I'm so proud of myself. Today was the first time I could do a coletaral (I always skip that exercise because I keep falling and get so frustrated). Also I managed do the whole 30 seconds of side plank. I just want to say that it takes time and you won't see immidiate changes, but you feel them in moments like this. Trust the proccess and don't stop believing in yourself❤

    Oh my goodness, I am on day 2 and I could barely do any of the exercises, but I remember some of them from the 2020 workout programmes and back then I could do them! Oh well. I’m determined to improve and get back to that point 🥳

    As a girlie who has most of her muscles in her legs and booty, this was incredibly hard for me. It’s so crazy to realize that I can do her booty and leg workouts without breaking a sweat, but can’t even complete a single one of those crab exercises 🤣

      So little update; two weeks into the challenge and I have gained so much upper body strength and I am able to complete the exercises easily now 🥰😮‍💨👍🏻 this is your sign to keep going!

    Day 10: First time doing this video it’s like the easy exercises goes by faster than the harder ones but I made it throughout the video with less pauses and it went by fast.
    Day 13: This video will always give me a good sweat it went great only pause two times and I finished it quickly.
    Day 17: I Ate three things unhealthy also didn’t workout yesterday so I just pushed myself with this workout with only two pause but as long as you’re here doing this workout TODAY! it doesn’t matter what happened yesterday have an great day!

    Aah, finally finished this workout. And it was breathtaking, literally. Need to build soooo much strength. I regret neglecting health & deprioritizing working out just to focus on daily chores. It completely ruins the strength & endurance. All you need is the right balance of work & workout.

    Exercise was difficult for me.. And I did skip.. But I'm trying to practice more because I pulled this exercise by walking an hour and a half, God willing, my dream will come true ❤❤❤

      As long as you see it through at your own pace, you have done right by your body. I also skipped, when I saw that breakdancer I said no ma'am, this is not my story. 😂
      But one day we will get there.
