Sitting with a Walker:
Choose a sturdy, armrest-equipped walker.
Position the walker in front of a stable chair.
Slowly lower yourself onto the chair, using the walker for support.
Ensure a comfortable and stable seated position before attempting to stand.
Standing with a Walker:
Place the walker in front of you.
Grip the handles firmly.
Use the strength of your arms and upper body to push yourself up.
Make sure you are stable before taking any steps.
Using Toilet Seat with Walker:
Install handrails if possible for added support.
Position the walker nearby for assistance.
Lower yourself onto the toilet seat using the handrails and walker for support.

Pcl reconstruction and miniscus repair dated 13.01.2024 approx before 5 weeks.After how many days can I walk without a walker
post six weeks after surgery, partial weight bearing on the affected leg for 15 days, and post that,15 days with full weight bearing and approx 3 months post surgery without a walker and without braces.
Me too had ACL and both meniscus repaired on 7th of January 2024

The only medicine worked in my case was physio only and laxity could be because of less strength as you keep your physio continue this should go away and take advice from your doctor as well

First time will be rocket science for sure , wear your brace try to incline your injured leg and use hands to get your down on to a toilet seat (western toilet) , once you figure out subsequent days will be east and gets better day by day

Telling by my experience...indeed its a huge task initially a couple of times...count them as your achievements...pat yourself..within a matter of couple of weeks...it will be smooth. Take my words and believe yourself. Iam too recovering from aclr. It's been 4 weeks now. Started walking without support after 3 weeks. Surely western seat is advised. Keep motivated.
