This kinda remembers me of that elvens walking with a prisoner somewhere by any moment in Skyrim Random/certain time of day encounters is also an interesting mechanic to consider in the Sequel, but keeping entirely the SAME dynamic battle system on DD2 is VITAL to me ;x
There are plenty of regions that are dotted near Gransys that we've yet to explore, and thus could see in expansions similar to Bitterblack - Hearthstone (Mercedes' home), Liore (which apparently has a lot of wastes filled with Hydras to the west, courtesy of Grigori), Voldoa (Julien's home), the Mainland (which has the Great Library and grand Cathedral), and finally Meloire (Aelinoire's home, plus where certain late-game armour comes from). I seriously doubt we'll see a legitimate sequel, considering the story of Dragon's Dogma has a closed-book ending, so expansions would make much more sense.

Instead, who knows a distant relative of Aelinore, Mercedes and Julien on each one's land? The director of the game has already said he was given the option of working on DD2 or Devil May Cry 5 but chose the latter and that's not even touching on the relatively recent Switch port or the anime adaptation coming to Netflix. Just seems more likely than not IMO.

DD is a favourite game of all time I spent at least 300 hours on PS3. I recently started playing again on switch 120 hours on main 40 On secondary I use for farming rift crystals for main. I'm really loving that the community for this game is still strong I really have enjoyed your tutorials to help me get back the knowledge I have lost since the ps3 days shame we never got a sequel but one can hope.
Thanks for posting this! I've been trying to follow a quick level guide to 200 and as a pure mage/sorcerer I've been worried about tackling Death. Cursed dragons may not give as much EXP but they're so easy to kill with your method

You can also farm death. Requires two barbed nails(loot chest in one cave on the way to the griffin tower) and a lvl 2 weapon (>90 percent chance on that one chest in the room with pawns on the way to the bishop). Try to "roll" the bane archstaff. (there's a video explaining how to change your purification result to what you want on my channel on the very first purification of any BBI cursed item). Farm cursed dragon's to goldforge the staff, and then you do the assassin route with death, before the fallen city. 7-8 holy focused bolts drops him in the cavern. So you need to shoot him 5-6 times while you stand near the door and the run towards the waterfall charging the holy focused bolt. 1-2 shots drops him. Takes like 2 mins for each kill. Way faster. My recording settings suck so I can't really record it, but yeah its one option.

Wow, very useful video, even though I kinda like the journey of getting stronger weapons, enhancing, dragonforging them as I level up my sorcerer, it's really stressfull sometimes too. So, nice to have options
Yeah in Hard mode solo just casually going through getting weapons, you reach lv200 in no time. That's my preferred method. Don't even care, just carry on. And it all lines up with no effort. And then I would also have 90 levels as Ranger before I start to level Sorcerer. Me needs dat stamina.
For anyone with higher Magick if you can get to 3300 Magick anyway possible and you use 4 demon periapts. You will be able to take anywhere from 2 bars (if you hit the wings) up to 5 bars (if you manage to hit the heart) with a holy focus bolt. You don't have to hide from the breath either most of the time he will be stun locked but in case he does not for some reason(im playing on hard and he still was stun locked) then just stand by the main door on the bridge if he manages to get a breath off. Just something that is faster than using the fire wall if you can get a decent amount of Magick. What I'm running: Lvl - 120 Augments: Preemption Bloodlust - does Augment Magick as well if you didn't know. Ferocity Autonomy - same as bloodlust Articulacy Acuity Equipment (only things that raise my Magick) : Weapon - Dragon forged Bane arch staff Head - laurel Circlet +8 Magick Arms - Jade Bangles +5 Magick Legs - Royal Cuisses +7 Magick Ring 1 - Master Ring +95 Magick
Nice 866 build. Currently I'm 10 levels Mage; 80 levels Assassin; and the remainder on Sorcerer (farming the Dark Bishop), hoping for a 600/600 build for Mystic Knight (I've only defeated Daimon's first form. I think I'll like frolicking thru the game with this build. Good job and nice info.

Hopefully this finds you currently playing dragons dogma dark arisen, such a great game. I'd say just play the campaign just to get a feel of the game and learn the map first. Dlc is pretty tough for beginners so recommend leveling possible 50+ but these are options for you! Also has difficulty options which are changeable within the options settings which is nice. Enjoy, update us on what build you chose etc.

Hi! I just bought dragons Dogma last week and I'm having a blast! About to finish my 2nd playthrough as a physical build (1-10 fighter 11-65 assassin 66-100 ranger). I'm planning on doing a magic run next and I'm wondering how to level up for me to have a good chunk of magic stat as well as a decent amount of stamina since leveling up a sorcerer gives you little to mediocre stamina stat. Anyway im a big fan. I thought this game was obsolete but then I saw your channel then immediately subscribed. Hats off. One of the legends of this game
Sorcerer does get weak stamina. My preferred magic build is Ranger to 100. Then Sorcerer the remainder. Stamina is the only stat that I ever care about, so typically my builds are always Ranger to 100 and the rest is depending on if I want physical or magic or health.
Okay did not even get to the cursed dragon, tried to get the staff dragonforged. And failed and the low stamina, low mobility long cast times just no... I stick with the terrible Magick archer magic attack all day for the decent stamina and enjoyable playstyle after all
That's the fun part about being a sorcerer! Not a class you can run in to battle! Have to attack from range and have a plan! Control the area's. Actually believe this game is the best RPGs for this class! Never seen mage/sorcerer done so well in any other RPG.

Does this work for Pawns that are Sorcerers or Mages? I got one on my team and she's badass she can heal she got like three or four different types of weapon enchantments plus I'm attacks too and I'm not planning on letting her go even though I can some of her back through the arisen stone

If you are trying to power-level a fighter/warrior, why not use the death farming strategy as an assassin. They get the most strength per level and then you can switch back.
Nil ... I’ve watched your vids for years . Good stuff . I comment to try and find the video which shows the Death gravity kill at the bridge after gazer .... I think it was your vid which shows a detailed explanation for each vocation . Where to stand on the steps and up top . Even showed Shattered Earth Tome kill for low level fighter . I’ve checked wh1sper’s list and can’t find it so I’m hoping it’s here .
Absolutely impressive response time , it’s appreciated . But it appears I was mistaken . I thought the Fighter gravity kill was Shown in the vid . It’s not . I was also under the impression it was done using shattered earth , which is the wrong spell . I guess the question now is would a fighter even succeed using Goddess or Salomet’s at the upper platform like the Sorcerer using Bolide . Is 4x Demons and 2x Barbed Nails enough to knockback Death using ether of the two Bolide tools available ?
Huh and here I was mostly grinding on Red Drake in devilfire Grove to reach level 100. Then again I was using Mystic Archer for that but it went in similar fashion. Forcing it to fly by standing on a rock, shooting it down and then attacking the heart
@Jaquan try farming skeletons that a Wight summons constantly at night, he's north of the female bandit camp, in the woodland beside Grigori's gate. I do that solo with Magick Archer by using Shadowshackle, then Vortex Trail those summoned skeletons into the Shadowshackle and blow them up with Magickal Gleam or with that one explosive magick arrow spell! Rinse and repeat for easy EXP and DCP gains :)
How are you able to fire off focused bolt so fast. When I press and hold it has to do a weak one and the charge takes so long and I'm unable to do another so quickly after the first.

They take so long to charge that being sped up puts them at the same level as the other vocations' attack speeds. I really adore seeing Cursed Dragons humiliated. I'm still salty about being done dirty by it during that one challenge lol.
I up initial 50lvs in strider and 150 lvs sorcerer.I lose 100 mag atk and gain +500hp +500sta and physical def.I liked because I build anotger full sorc pawn for spell sync, my main is more tank and cast more salitudes to control mob.

Hi I started a build mage 1-10 mage and switching to sorcerer and planning to min max to 200 is it possible to get to 200 without moving into NG+ as I’m worried about changing vocation and messing up my stats?
I prefer use this method to build up as sorcerer: Kill easily the Ur Dragon offline with holy focused bolt: 150.000xp -No Pawn: x1.25³ (+95%) -Blessed flower: x2 So using basic math the experience gained is: 585.937 xp Example: if you are a level 20 sorcerer and want to level up to 200 the exp gap is 36.532.620 xp So by using my method you need to kill the Ur-Dragon around 62 times (36.532.620 : 585.937 = 62,3) *I prefer using the Ur-Dragon offline method because you don't need to worry for the cursed dragon breath to spoil the blessed flower In addition to that the Ur-Dragon (Offline) when killed gives other reward: - 20 Wakestone (sell 30.000 gold each) - Random Holy Weapon between: Ascalon, Heaven's Key and Volant White - A lot of Enchanting Item: Great Dragon Claw, Great Dragon Horn, Great Dragon Alula etc...
How is your magic attack so high? What gear are you wearing at the start of this? I'm lvl 40 sorc and magic attack is only 308. Sorry if this question is obvious, I'm still learning this game.
This method is way too much of a hassle. The old method of farming the Offline Ur-Dragon still works and Holy Focused Bolt absolutely cheeses it. Or Purchase hundreds of Throwblasts and kill the Dark Bishop / Gazer. The two respawn every 3-5 in-game days so just go back to Cassardis to rest. Remember to dump your flower back into the Storage so it doesn't wilt. Or Cheese Death in the Fort of Remembrance once you're sufficiently armed and leveled. Duskmoon Tower is more of a convenient Dragonforge chamber.
I just farm skellies next to the gate which leads to Grigori personally (North of the female bandit camp)... There's a Wight that summons them constantly at night there for solo farming, easy EXP and DCP for me :)

I am trying to level sorcerer 101-200 for MA. I leveled assassin 11-101 so my magic was bad-but getting the bitterblack weapon lvl1 from midnight helix(dragon risen arch-staff) +some sorcerer magic augments and I have enough magic attack. Leveled 110-134 so far. Main thing is it's slow and boring and you have to keep an eye on that blessed flower but it does work. Edit: I can't seem to get more than 4 dragons before the flowers dies. I use fresh one after 3 day storage rest but it always die on the fifth dragon. Obviously I don't play as efficiently as the OP and also jump down to get the rift clusters. I saw some videos of death farming on the ledge using high gicel, Might give it a try
I've put around 1000 hours into this game so far and I'm still finding out new stuff. Shame my TV is broke and I'm debating starting a new character just for the hell of it. On PC I imagine you can do something to make save files or something of the sort to have multiple characters.

Yes, you can do it as many times as you like. They never increase in difficulty though, the only way to increase the difficulty is to restart in Hard Mode (choosing Hard Mode will start the game over with all your progress intact and is effectively a way to activate NG+ without beating the game).
Interesting... I level up my archer with cyclops there and dragons but I never thought on cursed dragons. I have two questions: 1 Why do you attack the guy there? 2 Do you think that this method is good for the other class?
The staff was caged fury, which after 8 hits gets double damage. Barroch was charging that double damage for me. This route is good for Sorcerer, Mage, and Mystic Knight. The best method for Strider, Ranger and Assassin is this - ruclips.net/video/wpb76PLqla0/видео.html
It's dark retextures mod, Makes many armor pieces black. But the gear is Assembled breeches, Bandit's mask, Bandages (or Hard leather plate) and Ebon neck wrap
Overall would you recommend this over offline ur? Currently trying to power level sorcerer on a build of mine and these last 50 levels are a slog on ur, only 1 or 2 levels per kill, pilgrims periapts don't appear to affect its xp gain
They are about the same amount of time. I enjoy Cursed Dragon a bit more, just because it's a little more fun. But if you're getting bored with UR, then give this a try. Maybe it will spice things up for you
If you want spped level sorc beat damion once...go to fort of remeberence ..and spawn the room with the red gargoyle by going thru the door over n over until it spawns...kill everthing go out back out the entrance door and save.. then use rancidsteak spawn death.at the top of the steps..death will spawn across the bridge...he will get stuck in that room walk across the bridge and and stand by the brazer and just light attack him..useing whatever boost you have..after death is dead...run out of the entrance and save then godsbane...go back into the area and repeat...sorc is 200 in about a hour. Two things..if you ere using your pawn then unequip its weapon so it wont attack...also if death runs out of the room then godsbane and he will get back stuck in the room..once that room is sapwned it will never go away unless you leave that area..like going to thru the doors going outside etc...btw he will never attack you...also you can carry a group 4 with to clear out the room just throw the extra pawns off the ledge to kill them so you get more xp
Firstly it's good to have you back. Awesome videos and explanations. Secondly, I've seen some of your videos with a low level character (e.g. lvl 20) with over 900k DCP. Do you use mods or is it a way of levelling DCP really fast at low levels?
@lury Andrade there is an item that boosts your DCP gain per-kill (especially for lower EXP kills like seagulls, rabbits, snakes, mice, etc.) extreeemely fast called the Ring Of Perseverance which is found in one of the Moonbeam Gem doors in the Bitterblack Isle area. Once you have it, just drop it off in storage and restart the game on Hard Mode (from the Main Menu) so you can get another Ring Of Perseverance so that the potential DCP-gain is maxed out. After that, an easy way of gaining loads and loooads of EXP and DCP in a matter of hours is to just farm the skeletons that a Wight summons during night time (north of the female bandit camp, just off to the side in that woodland behind an NPC and gate to final boss Grigori). Just do it without any pawns (so they don't kill your source of skeleton farming) and the Wight will just keep summoning them after a heal spell or yeeting a lighting projectile in between his summoning for you to shatter! :) I listen to music on Spotify while doing this so it's more fun! Once he seems done summoning skellies at day time, go back to the camp and sleep to night time (so he starts summoning them again) for easy EXP and DCP gain... I recommend levelling with Strider or Magick Archer (Magick Archer can group them together with a certain Magick Bow spell, which works like Zarya's Graviton Surge in Overwatch, so there's that). That, or just cheese Death in Bitterblack Isle and get DCP after reaching Lvl 200. It's reached by booping him off of ledges with Blast Arrow spam lol. Nihil has a video for that btw :D Also general tip: Our Xbox consoles last for many years longer on Power Save Mode in Settings! :) Good luck! :D
My FHB does like no damage and no knock back, am I doing something wrong? It’ll work like normal and knock him down in one blast sometimes, but it’s mostly just endless FHB and zero damage or knockback, I never play sorcerer or mage so idk if there’s some hidden trick to make it good.
You need higher damage. I use the Caged Fury because it reaches high damage once it's charged. Without Caged Fury you will need 1300 magic attack roughly. With Caged Fury, maybe 700 or 800
hey man ty for vid, ur method works fine, btw u dont really need to go in corner, i killed him 10 times from that bridge, unfortunately on pc version that dragon gives me only 127k(on my 50lvl, thats1 lvl and half), not very fast way for pc :(
Remember that pawns have an effect on your start growth as well. I can't remember the exact calculations, but I do know that having a hired pawn 25 Lvls or more below you is the same as not having one. I use this all the time. Grab a couple of Lvl 5 pawns with legions might as immortal healbots

How do you charge the bolts on your staff while it's on your back? whenever I push the button for it on Ps4 it unsheathes my staff. Or if I try to charge a focused bolt while it's drawn it shoots one orb and then begins to charge. Is there something I'm missing?

So you need to shoot him 5-6 times while you stand near the door and the run towards the waterfall charging the holy focused bolt. 1-2 shots drops him. Takes like 2 mins for each kill. Way faster. My recording settings suck so I can't really record it, but yeah its one option.
Or just time your gicel cast with him teleporting over the abyss.

Yeah in Hard mode solo just casually going through getting weapons, you reach lv200 in no time. That's my preferred method. Don't even care, just carry on. And it all lines up with no effort. And then I would also have 90 levels as Ranger before I start to level Sorcerer. Me needs dat stamina.

For anyone with higher Magick if you can get to 3300 Magick anyway possible and you use 4 demon periapts. You will be able to take anywhere from 2 bars (if you hit the wings) up to 5 bars (if you manage to hit the heart) with a holy focus bolt. You don't have to hide from the breath either most of the time he will be stun locked but in case he does not for some reason(im playing on hard and he still was stun locked) then just stand by the main door on the bridge if he manages to get a breath off. Just something that is faster than using the fire wall if you can get a decent amount of Magick.

Nice 866 build. Currently I'm 10 levels Mage; 80 levels Assassin; and the remainder on Sorcerer (farming the Dark Bishop), hoping for a 600/600 build for Mystic Knight (I've only defeated Daimon's first form. I think I'll like frolicking thru the game with this build. Good job and nice info.

Man you made this look easy . i spent about 3 hrs last night beating that dragon with just high maelstrom and high ingle. I did feel like i accomplished a great feat afterwards tho.
High maelstrom deals dark damage and cursed dragon has 90% resistance to it so no wonder it took so long

I don't have a begginer vid, but I have a guide for all 9 classes called "vocation scematics" and then libraries with bits and bobs here and there. My "info" playlist will be helpful. Know your elemental weaknesses and keep your weapons upgraded and up to date as you progress. Weapons are our primary damage, Armor is our primary defense.

Hopefully this finds you currently playing dragons dogma dark arisen, such a great game. I'd say just play the campaign just to get a feel of the game and learn the map first. Dlc is pretty tough for beginners so recommend leveling possible 50+ but these are options for you! Also has difficulty options which are changeable within the options settings which is nice. Enjoy, update us on what build you chose etc.

Do you have any tips for the room of brain damage aka Forgotten Hall with the pawn Sorcerers that spam malestrom? Hi! I just bought dragons Dogma last week and I'm having a blast! About to finish my 2nd playthrough as a physical build (1-10 fighter 11-65 assassin 66-100 ranger). I'm planning on doing a magic run next and I'm wondering how to level up for me to have a good chunk of magic stat as well as a decent amount of stamina since leveling up a sorcerer gives you little to mediocre stamina stat. Anyway im a big fan. I thought this game was obsolete but then I saw your channel then immediately subscribed. Hats off. One of the legends of this game
Sorcerer does get weak stamina. My preferred magic build is Ranger to 100. Then Sorcerer the remainder. Stamina is the only stat that I ever care about, so typically my builds are always Ranger to 100 and the rest is depending on if I want physical or magic or health.

Okay did not even get to the cursed dragon, tried to get the staff dragonforged. And failed and the low stamina, low mobility long cast times just no... I stick with the terrible Magick archer magic attack all day for the decent stamina and enjoyable playstyle after all
Get yourself a G.F. Blackwing Bow and you can destroy everything as MA even if you level up as Warrior for 190 levels
If you're just using blessed flower for weal wouldn't pilgrims charm from fournival be a cheaper option since they're only 70k gold?

That's the fun part about being a sorcerer! Not a class you can run in to battle! Have to attack from range and have a plan! Control the area's. Actually believe this game is the best RPGs for this class! Never seen mage/sorcerer done so well in any other RPG.

If you are trying to power-level a fighter/warrior, why not use the death farming strategy as an assassin. They get the most strength per level and then you can switch back.

Absolutely impressive response time , it’s appreciated . But it appears I was mistaken . I thought the Fighter gravity kill was Shown in the vid . It’s not . I was also under the impression it was done using shattered earth , which is the wrong spell . I guess the question now is would a fighter even succeed using Goddess or Salomet’s at the upper platform like the Sorcerer using Bolide . Is 4x Demons and 2x Barbed Nails enough to knockback Death using ether of the two Bolide tools available ?
Possibly, but Fighter will struggle with clearing the room prior to Death. The spell tomes may do it though, I have never tried much with those.
That offhand comment at the beginning, mystic knight probably has better ways... I wanna watch the video about that better way next!

Huh and here I was mostly grinding on Red Drake in devilfire Grove to reach level 100. Then again I was using Mystic Archer for that but it went in similar fashion. Forcing it to fly by standing on a rock, shooting it down and then attacking the heart
@Jaquan try farming skeletons that a Wight summons constantly at night, he's north of the female bandit camp, in the woodland beside Grigori's gate. I do that solo with Magick Archer by using Shadowshackle, then Vortex Trail those summoned skeletons into the Shadowshackle and blow them up with Magickal Gleam or with that one explosive magick arrow spell! Rinse and repeat for easy EXP and DCP gains :)

How are you able to fire off focused bolt so fast. When I press and hold it has to do a weak one and the charge takes so long and I'm unable to do another so quickly after the first.

I've been trying to figure out out the get the caged fury to lvl 3 cant figure out an easy way to get the vengeful mirror's.
My plan for the weekend.
I up initial 50lvs in strider and 150 lvs sorcerer.I lose 100 mag atk and gain +500hp +500sta and physical def.I liked because I build anotger full sorc pawn for spell sync, my main is more tank and cast more salitudes to control mob.

Hi I started a build mage 1-10 mage and switching to sorcerer and planning to min max to 200 is it possible to get to 200 without moving into NG+ as I’m worried about changing vocation and messing up my stats?
I prefer use this method to build up as sorcerer:
Kill easily the Ur Dragon offline with holy focused bolt: 150.000xp
-No Pawn: x1.25³ (+95%)
-Blessed flower: x2
So using basic math the experience gained is: 585.937 xp
Example: if you are a level 20 sorcerer and want to level up to 200 the exp gap is 36.532.620 xp
So by using my method you need to kill the Ur-Dragon around 62 times (36.532.620 : 585.937 = 62,3)
*I prefer using the Ur-Dragon offline method because you don't need to worry for the cursed dragon breath to spoil the blessed flower
In addition to that the Ur-Dragon (Offline) when killed gives other reward:
- 20 Wakestone (sell 30.000 gold each)
- Random Holy Weapon between: Ascalon, Heaven's Key and Volant White
- A lot of Enchanting Item: Great Dragon Claw, Great Dragon Horn, Great Dragon Alula etc...
useful for my magick archer since you have to max sorc to min-max that fucking class.
You don't have to if you're using Autonomy and would prefer the extra Stamina. Nihil made a video called min/max myth.

How is your magic attack so high? What gear are you wearing at the start of this? I'm lvl 40 sorc and magic attack is only 308. Sorry if this question is obvious, I'm still learning this game.
This method is way too much of a hassle.
The old method of farming the Offline Ur-Dragon still works and Holy Focused Bolt absolutely cheeses it.
Or
Purchase hundreds of Throwblasts and kill the Dark Bishop / Gazer. The two respawn every 3-5 in-game days so just go back to Cassardis to rest. Remember to dump your flower back into the Storage so it doesn't wilt.
Or
Cheese Death in the Fort of Remembrance once you're sufficiently armed and leveled.
Duskmoon Tower is more of a convenient Dragonforge chamber.
I just farm skellies next to the gate which leads to Grigori personally (North of the female bandit camp)... There's a Wight that summons them constantly at night there for solo farming, easy EXP and DCP for me :)

I am trying to level sorcerer 101-200 for MA. I leveled assassin 11-101 so my magic was bad-but getting the bitterblack weapon lvl1 from midnight helix(dragon risen arch-staff) +some sorcerer magic augments and I have enough magic attack. Leveled 110-134 so far. Main thing is it's slow and boring and you have to keep an eye on that blessed flower but it does work.
Edit: I can't seem to get more than 4 dragons before the flowers dies. I use fresh one after 3 day storage rest but it always die on the fifth dragon. Obviously I don't play as efficiently as the OP and also jump down to get the rift clusters. I saw some videos of death farming on the ledge using high gicel, Might give it a try

I've put around 1000 hours into this game so far and I'm still finding out new stuff. Shame my TV is broke and I'm debating starting a new character just for the hell of it.
On PC I imagine you can do something to make save files or something of the sort to have multiple characters.
On PC yeah we can have multiple saves. I once had 30 save files, with 30 different builds. It is pretty awesome

Yes, you can do it as many times as you like. They never increase in difficulty though, the only way to increase the difficulty is to restart in Hard Mode (choosing Hard Mode will start the game over with all your progress intact and is effectively a way to activate NG+ without beating the game).

The staff was caged fury, which after 8 hits gets double damage. Barroch was charging that double damage for me. This route is good for Sorcerer, Mage, and Mystic Knight. The best method for Strider, Ranger and Assassin is this -

It's dark retextures mod, Makes many armor pieces black. But the gear is Assembled breeches, Bandit's mask, Bandages (or Hard leather plate) and Ebon neck wrap

Overall would you recommend this over offline ur? Currently trying to power level sorcerer on a build of mine and these last 50 levels are a slog on ur, only 1 or 2 levels per kill, pilgrims periapts don't appear to affect its xp gain
They are about the same amount of time. I enjoy Cursed Dragon a bit more, just because it's a little more fun. But if you're getting bored with UR, then give this a try. Maybe it will spice things up for you

If you want spped level sorc beat damion once...go to fort of remeberence ..and spawn the room with the red gargoyle by going thru the door over n over until it spawns...kill everthing go out back out the entrance door and save.. then use rancidsteak spawn death.at the top of the steps..death will spawn across the bridge...he will get stuck in that room walk across the bridge and and stand by the brazer and just light attack him..useing whatever boost you have..after death is dead...run out of the entrance and save then godsbane...go back into the area and repeat...sorc is 200 in about a hour. Two things..if you ere using your pawn then unequip its weapon so it wont attack...also if death runs out of the room then godsbane and he will get back stuck in the room..once that room is sapwned it will never go away unless you leave that area..like going to thru the doors going outside etc...btw he will never attack you...also you can carry a group 4 with to clear out the room just throw the extra pawns off the ledge to kill them so you get more xp

Secondly, I've seen some of your videos with a low level character (e.g. lvl 20) with over 900k DCP. Do you use mods or is it a way of levelling DCP really fast at low levels?
@lury Andrade there is an item that boosts your DCP gain per-kill (especially for lower EXP kills like seagulls, rabbits, snakes, mice, etc.) extreeemely fast called the Ring Of Perseverance which is found in one of the Moonbeam Gem doors in the Bitterblack Isle area.
Once you have it, just drop it off in storage and restart the game on Hard Mode (from the Main Menu) so you can get another Ring Of Perseverance so that the potential DCP-gain is maxed out.
After that, an easy way of gaining loads and loooads of EXP and DCP in a matter of hours is to just farm the skeletons that a Wight summons during night time (north of the female bandit camp, just off to the side in that woodland behind an NPC and gate to final boss Grigori).
Just do it without any pawns (so they don't kill your source of skeleton farming) and the Wight will just keep summoning them after a heal spell or yeeting a lighting projectile in between his summoning for you to shatter! :) I listen to music on Spotify while doing this so it's more fun!
Once he seems done summoning skellies at day time, go back to the camp and sleep to night time (so he starts summoning them again) for easy EXP and DCP gain... I recommend levelling with Strider or Magick Archer (Magick Archer can group them together with a certain Magick Bow spell, which works like Zarya's Graviton Surge in Overwatch, so there's that).
That, or just cheese Death in Bitterblack Isle and get DCP after reaching Lvl 200. It's reached by booping him off of ledges with Blast Arrow spam lol. Nihil has a video for that btw :D
Also general tip: Our Xbox consoles last for many years longer on Power Save Mode in Settings! :)

My FHB does like no damage and no knock back, am I doing something wrong? It’ll work like normal and knock him down in one blast sometimes, but it’s mostly just endless FHB and zero damage or knockback, I never play sorcerer or mage so idk if there’s some hidden trick to make it good.
You need higher damage. I use the Caged Fury because it reaches high damage once it's charged. Without Caged Fury you will need 1300 magic attack roughly. With Caged Fury, maybe 700 or 800

Remember that pawns have an effect on your start growth as well. I can't remember the exact calculations, but I do know that having a hired pawn 25 Lvls or more below you is the same as not having one.
I use this all the time. Grab a couple of Lvl 5 pawns with legions might as immortal healbots

How do you charge the bolts on your staff while it's on your back? whenever I push the button for it on Ps4 it unsheathes my staff. Or if I try to charge a focused bolt while it's drawn it shoots one orb and then begins to charge. Is there something I'm missing?
u can charge it immediatly after jumping or while running while its on ur back
